Anything from Opera to Metal to pop my music on my phone consists of various operas, Iron Maiden, Metallica to Bowie, Pulp to Steps and Pet Shop Boys. I love all music apart from Jazz....it’s just wrong and gives me a headache

I do listen to pop still sometimes, not by my will in work when I do listen to it And I listened to a lot of R'n'B and female rappers growing up so I have days where I just wanna listen to that instead of metal

Much to my father's horror, I at some point developed a liking for jazz. We now have to listen to the radio when we go away because neither of us like the other persons taste in music!

Currently obsessed with 80s music. Mostly Erasure, Soft Cell, New Order, Bronski Beat, etc

Gosh, this is an old thread ressurected! - but a good one. I love Japan and hearing their music now takes me right back to dancing to it first time round, it’s amazing how evocative it feels.
