It's ridiculous isn't it. It's often the same names coming up time and time again to stick to boot in when somebody is going through a hard time, you don't see them getting banned.

I got an email after my second ban saying that we should know by now that mumsnet isn't the site for me so to please stop trying to sign up. I sent one back telling them to go and fuck themselves. Such a condescending bunch of twits and they wonder why the site owners or mods, whoever it was, become a target for 'swatting'

I hope it happens again when they're in the middle of their Christmas lunch.

Pricks.

Tattle is much nicer 😊
And yet they let the serial fantasist with stairs in the kitchen back in FFS? If you are married to the bankrupt desperate Dan who is battling with a serious weight issue, at least melt in to the background.

There was a thread on there earlier this week from a woman who was worried about potential abuse of her little girl by her partners parents. I read it feeling a bit sick because it really didn’t sound right, it must have only just been posted because there were no replies. I haven’t been able to find it since and it’s been playing on my mind - I hope she got some useful advice on what to do.

Has anyone seen the thread about drag queens? MN getting their big knickers in a twist about drag queens being grotesque, scary and against womanhood.
Absolutely certain none of them have ever met or seen a drag queen in person.
If you're scared of a drag queen it shows you haven't got enough to do in your life.
Drag Queens are glorious

You need the DH or the MIL to be insisting on use of a loo brush as well for the MN full house.
Or some parking difficulties outside the house/ neighbour problems

:D

There's now a second thread on the whole middle class clothes from Toast thing.

They all start with claims they are not fashionistas and the post different pics of ugly clothes and can't work out why people buy or wear them and that they suit no one.

They literally cannot understand how idiotic their posts are.

They are posting all what they think are ugly clothes and the types of people to wear them but don't post their own clothes for comment.

It just seems no one posting can comprehend that people have different tastes.

Mumsnet is absolute pile of wank really isnt it?! 🤣

Actually, I know an autistic boy who was obsessed with clocks as a preschooler. It’s definitely a thing 🤷‍♀️

Being obsessed with clocks doesn’t mean a child is autistic, but it could be seen as a red flag if they also have a lot of social-communication and sensory issues. It’s all about the wider context.
I don't disagree RE autism and having fixations. My point was at 2 and a toddler the poster is getting her knickers in a twist for no apparent reason.
Autism or not I just felt it was a weird over reaction and then calling her kid odd

Big debate going on over there now about bathroom bins.
Who are all these weirdos that don't have one and put absolutely everything in the kitchen bin?
And for the love of God, stop referring to sanitary towels and tampons as "Sanpro"
I am most excited to get stuck into the bathroom bin thread. I might treat myself to a pepsi max for my adventure into madness.
This was my thread I'm a boring bastard aren't I ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Did anyone see the cum towel thread ? It was like the penis beaker one she made her husband use a special sex towel to mop the up the jizz every time they shagged . No wonder there are so many posts about cheating men on Mumsnet !! Poor bloke must be so bored having sex with her !!

That sounds like an old one I read from one of those “classic Mumsnet threads you remember” where the OP and husband gatecrashed her FIL’s dinner party even though they were explicitly not invited (they “called in” when “on their way to somewhere else”) and she was moaning because he didn’t offer her enough glasses of his expensive champagne he was serving for his guests for her liking! She was accused of posting drunk too IIRC. I’m going to try and find it lol.

Edit: I thought it was years old but it was April last year. It hit 1000 posts! Called: “Fil reluctant to serve niether myself nor dh nice champagne?”
In this thread some were saying they thought it was the same person as champagnegate!
She sounds a delightful DIL

To be honest until I was about 15 I had a really normal life and then it all went off!! I had about 3 years break when it all went quiet and I thought all was normal again but no- there’s the weirdest shit goes off!!! I’ve often said that if I told a stranger my stories they’d think I was some total cuckoo fantasist but unfortunately it’s all true… i have a good laugh but it’s certainly made me triple think “weird” stories.

Honestly whenever I Google anything to do with baby sleep regression or food etc it always surfaces posts so old their babies would be 14/16/18 now and I always think aww I bet they’re sleeping through now!

At best you’ll get a 2/3 year old post come up (I googled Mumsnet + our local prep school and that was recent) but it feels like nothing to do with actual babies is being discussed on there anymore?
My eldest is 10, and I used to obsessively stalk the internet for help when they were a baby. I posted a couple of times on mumsnet, but even then the chat was about mainly about random things and the MN royalty was rife. I used to use another site for sleep help etc, and sometimes I would look on Netmums as they used to have health visitors post on there which was useful. Not sure if Netmums is still active anymore though or what the boards are like.

Some muppet has posted a thread for the perverts about cleaning a baby girl’s genitals.

Another even bigger muppet mentions “rummaging”.

These people are either thick or sick.
I only ever really flick through the trending threads but surely ones like this should be taken straight down?

What gets me is the bizarre way they all get their granny pants in a twist over the smallest things?? I’ve seen two threads today, one where OP mentioned the phrase Karen and they all got mad saying it was misogynistic, and then one where OPs friend is copying her and she’s acknowledged it’s a first world problem but they’re all going off on her saying ‘if you didn’t copyright your idea it’s everyone’s right to use it’ fucking hell I’d be mad too if I did my house up and my friend copied me down to the carpets!!! ‘There are more important things going on in the world’ fuck off KAREN

Here you go!

Summary: "I told a married male friend I love him and he turned me down because he loves and is faithful to his wife. Monogamy is evil like capitalism"

WTAF 😲😲😲

The Waitrose card also angered them yesterday 😂 I love how frothed up they get!

And the one where she withdrew money from the bank and was unhappy with the questions asked but she lied because she wants her money at home where its safer
