Shes a prime example of how what you post online can impact your career. She's old enough to know the risks. Lots of people will search up new colleagues on various platforms, not just the employer. Imagine finding your new boss with a dildo up her butt and trying to have 1-2-1s etc.
I would presume she may need to disclose her TikTok to any new employer? I know it’s in her private time but surely it’s better they are aware instead of someone informing them or them finding it themselves. Would cover her more if she disclosed it herself. Just awkward that if you google her TikTok it’ll bring up this thread and those screenshots

It is also very unprofessional to be slagging off companies on social media. How can she not see that her social media will massively affect her future career?

I did want to say that without sounding like a dick. She's making out about being in these high ly important roles. £40k a year for what she has been describing doesn't seem to add up. Even in the North you would be expecting £10-£20k more for these types of jobs.
Wouldn't shock me if she was applying for two bit companies where they give out the title of manager to make people feel important and get them to do the jobs they don't want to do without paying them a decent salary.

It just shows the previous jobs she's had have obviously been a much lower salary (I am using my words carefully). She really feels that £40k is a flex.
Been offered a job and decided not to take it? Just move on
