Surely if individuals are giving her their personal information that allows them to be identified I.e. name and home address she needs to be sharing some version of a privacy statement giving them the right to be forgotten and confirming how long their data will be retained for in addition to being really clear on the purpose of why she is collecting the data. Also... where the data will be stored.

I wouldn't be putting my home address anywhere on Instagram, I'm not certain but imagine a lot of the data from the app is hosted in the US... you don't want your data hosted there
