If you were a customer and had an issue with her, is she just going to send you a middle finger emoji instead of dealing with things?

Respectfully an important point is we’re not her customers. It’s a personal interaction on Instagram via her business account, but unrelated to a paying customer. I’m all for calling people out for bad services received but I just look at it from my point of view.
I’ve been less than complimentary about Hinch here, I’ve called her social media QVC amongst other things but if some Hinchers who never used my business left bad reviews because they found that offensive or that I was morally a bad person for ‘trolling’ her, that just doesn’t sit well with me.

Omg I completely agree. Either way, she is donating a product, so why does it matter if it goes to Grinch or a hospital?!

The fact that she is trying to appeal to the Hinch army is both baffling and actually very irresponsible considering, again, it’s encouraging people to spend money they don’t have.

They’re influencing people to buy stuff. Just me but it’s personally worse to donate to a Hospice with the view to generate business. That feels very shady, that’s people grieving or actively losing a loved one. Plying to Hinchers who may not be able to afford a product isn’t much better but it’s definitely not worse.

I agree, ask yourself if those family members would ever realistically leave a neutral or negative review for your products/services. Family reviews, even though maybe spending their own money, are a conflict of interest.
