Respectfully an important point is we’re not her customers. It’s a personal interaction on Instagram via her business account, but unrelated to a paying customer. I’m all for calling people out for bad services received but I just look at it from my point of view.Either way, responding with a middle finger emoji as a professional business is wrong. They should have replied calmly and explained things. Its petty and so are all her replies on google.
If you were a customer and had an issue with her, is she just going to send you a middle finger emoji instead of dealing with things?
I’ve been less than complimentary about Hinch here, I’ve called her social media QVC amongst other things but if some Hinchers who never used my business left bad reviews because they found that offensive or that I was morally a bad person for ‘trolling’ her, that just doesn’t sit well with me.
