So if she turns he garage into an office but the official registered address is elsewhere it's fine. You can put 'office desk' anywhere in your house.
The picture quoted is to stop resident houses to be converted to official businesses and keep the area residential.
Shes just exaggerating things as always.... she'll do the exact same nothing as she did from the old house but acting like she is some business boss. Literally nothing will change from when she was doing same influencer stuff from her old house.
