Bless your dadSo glad you're feeling better now! PND is a bitch which can strike anyone in any way. IF (and I mean this is a huge IF) Hinch was/is suffering from it I feel bad for her, I really do. But why why whyyyyy would no one around her..the seemingly hundreds of family members and friends who treat her like a porcelain princess not helped her and told her to get off the gram whilst she recovers?
Most likely cos she's absolutely fine.

I don't have children, but I still go to my best friends kiddies birthday party's. I'm not keen on being the (what I feel like) weirdo in the corner with no children at a kids party, but I go because she wants me there and I love her kids. I wouldn't dream of fobbing her off for someone else who I barely know!
agreed xxxI would never judge anyone else's struggle as we all react differently but I suffered from serious PND (along with anxiety) twice and could barely leave the house. I still find it costs a lot of energy to see people and am not up for large gatherings or parties. Even if I had the time for hobbies and outings, I couldn't have done it with a small baby and toddler.

I had PND with my first- bordering on puerperal psychosis. I used to lie in bed and spend hours plotting whether to kill myself and leave the baby to be found or kill her then myself. One day my sister had to come and pick up me my daughter and my half roasted chicken and take us to stay at hers until she could get me to the dr. I literally couldn’t eat and I used to take my baby to the phone box at the end of my road to ring the Samaritans (late 90’s no mobiles) I used to panic from Friday at 5pm when I knew the health visitors had gone home until Monday am when they were back. It was horrific and I was about 7 stone (I am a size 18 now 3 more kids and 20 plus years and a very happy marriage later)
this tend anxiety stuff enrages me. I am very lucky that my mum and my sister rallied round and I met my amazing husband when my daughter was 2. I am still on medication (I had PND with number 3 as well) and my youngest is nearly 13. She has got SUCH a platform to help women and men struggling but she dicks around without a care in the world. Boils my gizzard
High rates of regaining weight after a gastric sleeve is removed, metabolic adaptation is a real thing! I imagine she ate very little when it was in and now when she does eat normally her bmr is set a lot lower. A good doctor (or refer you to a dietician) who fits them would supervise you properly after removal and monitor you to find out your maintenance calories. She looks fine but she’s definitely not skeletal like she was beforeHas she put on weight recently? I’m not much of a watcher any more but I’ve noticed in her face and her arms when she’s dancing. I usually wouldn’t notice but I remember seeing photos of her being extremely thin. I wonder if that’s why she doesn’t show much of herself now? I remember her being obsessed with mug shots. She’s I wonder how easy it is to keep weight off after a gastric band
