I am starting to think she’s bought somewhere though... that it’s all tied up and ready to go. That she’s put that image on frlm a viewing they did maybe last year. She knows it’s still on the market and she’s teasing. And that maybe this is why she’s delayed announcing cc2.With the way she pre-records she probably moved into that house last May
She’s totally done that just for tattle. She’s putting us off the scent. No financial advisor would recommend that and I think she will definitely have one of those.
I think she will move but possibly away from her village and have an annex for her parents. No way will she pay more than 1mil though.

All she has to do is shop in certain places. I have a very tall 2 year old. Some shops I avoid because they come small others are perfect. The next size up would be too baggy

Even if they chuck down a million pound deposit, the mortgage payments over 25 years will be best part of 10 grand a month!

Im lucky to live in an area up north where house prices are very low so I might be out of touch with how much properties cost elsewhere in the country... we comfortably afford our detached 4 bed house with two average incomes (I probably earn slightly below average but my partner has a more than decent wage). So I by no means live on the bread line but honestly the thought of a mortgage that big (and sky high bills to go with it) when it’s not even necessary for them to live in a house that size makes me feel physically sick 
Septic tank or 'private drainage'. EPC rating of D so going to struggle to keep that at 30° without spending a fortune. 'Ongoing development in the area' so potential to drag down resell value depending on who/what around. House and garden maintenance costs. Even if she could afford it now, long term? Surely they cannot be that naive...Can you imagine the kind of constant income you’d need for the bills and the upkeep of that houseIf she’d bought it okay but if you are just going around viewing, very weird, I’d be fuming if I lived there and saw that

Sometimes people go above their means. Buying a house for 3.2 mil if your not made of that much is foolish! But Princess Soph always gets what she wants. Security for your boys would be better than a show off insta home because your "bestie" has one!
