The only thing about that house is the price. As people have said surely she can’t afford that but who knows with her. Probably a case of whatever SS has got she wants bigger and better!

If she is looking to buy that house it’s absolutely massive. It’s too big for a family of 4. She will probably move in mad ma. But it’s too big for her to clean on her own so she will probably get a cleaner. But then what would be the point of her account? I think she’s being a bit greedy.

Zoph for the love of god, please buy a decent cook book or get yourself on pinch of nom website! The fact she thinks it’s funny she “can’t cook” let’s forget about the risotto gate it’s stupid. It doesn’t make you look relatable etc, it’s makes you look like a dick. Learn to cook for Ronnie and this baby especially as they get older. Inch can do one, infact can he not bloody cook either!?

There is no way she will get a mortgage on that house. An “influencer” job isn’t a secure one with the same pay check promised at the end of every month. And that’s without taking into account her husband doesn’t work and doesn’t have an income himself. Yes, they have 2 million in their business account... but that will disappear extremely quickly if Hinch stops being relevant and I feel her downfall is on the close horizon. I highly doubt she will be purchasing that house and if there’s a way around it and they do, it won’t be long before they are absolutely buggered. X

She might just about have the money to buy the house but surely she can't afford to also redo all the inside. Let's be honest, the house has too much character for her to leave it like it is. I can't imagine she'll get gifted enough to make over a whole house and surely even if she took out a gigantic loan, she wouldn't be able to cover the repayments

I’d be very surprised if she can afford that. It would Be massively over stretching. If Stacey & Joe have bought a £1.3 mill place I doubt Hinchy is richer.

I have a sneaky feeling that she has strangely taken that photo knowing a tattler would look into it (she know her hinchers don’t have enough brain cells or too lazy) and want us all to speculate.

It’s all very coincidental that we have been saying she is gonna move and then bam, there it is, at a house for sale. (With the address easily found for her crazy hinchers)
