In my opinion she needs to focus on her followers who like her. Stop reading tattle, if someone says something you don't like block and delete, don't make videos about trolls or negative comments etc. Just focus on her child(ren), husband, family and home. She's attracting more actual trolls to message her as she gives them attention which is what they want!
