You’ve done a stellar job scribes-man..so iv been doing another bit of research on maldon council website just to double check that no 3rd plans are in place which they are not, i have looked at the original plans and they are so much bigger and was maldon council who declined them (not sure if other neighbours had complained to them) council has stated the orignal plans are big and not inkeeping with the rest of the street, they then had to draw 2nd plans which are alot smaller and the same plans that @Katya showed earlier, there has still been a public objection on this as (lets just call him Mr Man) Mr Man says privacy would be reduced, im guessing he is the opposite neighbour or the neighbour that backs onto their garden therefore they would be overlooking his garden and potential property (Mr Man could be the man she videoed from the stair window when he was in his garden a while back)
first pic is the plans showing it had been approved - i have so kindly blacked out her address (arent i nice)
second pic is the decline from maldon council from the first plans
third pic is objection on new plans that have been approved from Mr Man
obviously maldon council do not give a tit about Mr Man
poor Mr Man.

She could have got it for 75% (or even more) off for example, in return for posting about it?

Surely this is a form of payment which is an AD or is it GIFTED. At least she has declared the discount which is something the sneaky bint was not doing before.
The baby will probably be born with AD imprinted on his forehead!
Judging from comments from someone who wanted to business with her & a price list someone else received from the Hinch to promote on her insta, the company will have been required to pay for the exposure they're got through this grid post. She likely won't have paid a penny for the item. She'll receive it free as part of the deal, plus 4-5k+ for the grid post. They really want to be seen. Grid posts are REALLY expensive, like a car expensive. She's not just sharing her crib for the sake of it. It's all conniving, inc her wording. She thinks she's so smart. All she cares about is making money & hoodwinking her fans. They are totally hoodwinked, which is why they defend her and spout her lies while defending her
For what reason I don't know, they don't gain anything from it! She's the one coining it in, only. They actually lose money.It's easy business for that company, they appear to be overcharging for products, so only need to sell a tiny handful of moses baskets to recover what they spend on the Hinch's grid post, which will be there forever. It's a no brainer for them.
I expect she's had companies tripping over themselves to provide everything for her baby, and she's been going through it all. Judging by her 'liking' a picture of this moses basket back in Feb, she's had it all sorted for months!
