I think it's manipulative bullshit. I don't believe she has donated items and money, this is the woman who "wrote" an empty book, charged through the nose for it and has never once offered to give away a single copy to her Hinchers that she professes to love so much. Interesting listen. I haven't been on tattle for long but never have I seen anyone write they wished Hinch would die/commit suicide. If anyone has written that it's disgusting and in league with her trolls who have said this on a numerous occasions.
