Tomorrow she will post a story saying well guys.. our expert builders, who just happen to be able to come round on the same day, reckon that making 2 holes in the kitchen wall just won't work. So now because of them, I have to have the whole wall taken down and a huge new kitchen with island fitted. And I just can't believe it guyzzzz, those lovely people at Howdens are going to give me a 30 grand kitchen. Who woulda thought it guyzzz? Little old me getting this dream kitchen, all I do is shine my sink (add cackling laughter.)

I don’t know whether we’ve any Laura’s with a big kitchen on here but the kitchen really is the most important room and a utility room if you had space is a must!

I’ve a postage stamp kitchen and it’s dreadful - can’t change it either!!

It’s really upset me the ‘workman’ have jumped and turned up within 12hrs!! Hope they are mates and not a company.

Not jealousy I couldn’t give a flying duck BUT my father is very ill. Desperately needs a stair lift and can’t afford one outright and so social care have offered one for free - which is amazing!!
It’s been 5months....still waiting due to a waiting list of people desperately needing help.
He is awaiting a shower room to be fitted aswell which his paid for hence why he has no money for stair lift....his been waiting 12weeks and has another 6 weeks to go

Plus any builder worth their salt wouldn’t drop everything because u have thought only “this morning” about a kitchen renovation.
This has been planned ages

Why has she got so many guys to check one small wall being half knocked down

Builders will drop stuff to come see you for a new quote.
The various jobs I’ve had done and advertised on builder sites I have them coming pretty much in the day or day after as they’re “round the corner” on another job.

But they wouldn’t send 3 men. Just one person while the rest carry on.
