Morning sickness

I was the same, I think it's pretty normal to be anxious. I've only dealt with the early pregnancy unit but they have been fantastic and I can't fault them so hopefully both our experiences are better than other people's. A lot of them were in the midst of the lockdown when there was a lot of uncertainty in everything but now that hospitals are in the swing of things maybe it won't be as strict and regimented...we can hope

Thanks so much for the replies. I suppose it is natural and I just had a really bad moment of panic! Maybe I will feel abit more calm when Iv had my scan xx

I’m the exact same was anxious enough but after watching today’s news I feel sick!
I have my 20 week scan on the 23rd and thankfully my husband is allowed to come along to that x

That’s a great idea

It’s so hard not to worry, I think it’s worse just now too as there’s no classes or support available. Especially as it’s a first baby you're just kinda left to get on with it x

Hi all. I don't want to bore the lovely ladies in the pregnancy thread about my morning sickness, I just wondered if anyone else is in the first trimester and losing their marbles with sickness/tiredness/anxiety etc? I am 7 weeks and the sickness has subsided but I'm still not eating much as I don't have an appetite for anything. Anyone else?

Yes me! I’m 9 weeks and I am exhausted. I can feel sick pretty much all day but not sick, if I have a nap the nausea is 10x worse and I’m sick in the evening. I just can’t win! I also know what I need to do to stop the sickness (no naps, eating small bits often) but I just can’t gather the energy to get up constantly to nibble and also have no appetite. The anxiety I am also struggling with but plan on telling family this weekend so hope that will help!

Yeah I am finding that I have to nibble on food pretty much all day or I feel sick.
