It's not exactly an every day word but it does exist. Depending on context it can be used affectionately or in an insulting way. But more often than not, the latter

Her hair is also way too thick, she needs it razored in to and bulk taken out. It’s a big distracting mess, especially as her face is so gorgeous (she’s had tweaks of course, defInitely nose job and veneers, of course the fillers and all that).
