Me too.I'm surprised Lila Moss is there.
Nepotism at its finest.

I think the same could be said for Kaia Gerber too.Me too.
Nepotism at its finest.
She is completely out of her depth, sticks out like a sore thumb and looks like one too. I wish she would just go find something else to do.I'm surprised Lila Moss is there.
That makeup is horrendous on her but I think she has some kind of autoimmune disease or thyroid issues, something like this.Obviously she is still stunning but what is going on with Gigi Hadid here? Is it the makeup? She looks so much older than 28. And she always looks so sad.

Yes she has Hashimoto's disease. She did say in an interview a couple of years ago that it was the reason she was losing weight which is opposite of Hashimoto's as it makes people gain weight. That makeup is horrendous on her but I think she has some kind of autoimmune disease or thyroid issues, something like this.

Her sister (and the forgotten brother) still have chronic Lyme disease which pops up conveniently.
I only discovered this recently and it blew my mind. I did wonder because none of them seem the camping/hiking sort“Chronic Lyme” aka munchausens
I really don’t think she’s stunning at allObviously she is still stunning but what is going on with Gigi Hadid here? Is it the makeup? She looks so much older than 28. And she always looks so sad.

I don't think Bella is beautiful at all. Gigi used to be really pretty. Not super model quality, but she would be one of the prettier girls in class. Bella still looks awful to me, I don't get the appeal.Bella is the more beautiful of the two but she needed a shitload of work to achieve that.
I thought Gigi was stunning. She had that face shape like Devon Aoki - cat eyes and a lovely mouth.I don't think Bella is beautiful at all. Gigi used to be really pretty. The era itself added to it as well (mostly talking about the late 80s, early 90s). Pre-internet and smart phones, you might see them on tv occasionally, but it was like entering another world looking through the fashion magazines and seeing them in ads and photo shoots. There was always a perfume sample or two that made it extra heady.I think the 1990s and 2000s supermodels were just really, really beautiful.
And they were all very individual looking, so easy to tell apart - Linda was so different to Yasmeen was so different to Niki was so different to Karen was so different to Christy was so different to Naomi and so on.
Now they all just look like skinny blond clones.
The models who are women of colour look way, way better than the clones.
That's true - no SM or Daily Mail Showbiz section meant you gleaned most info about the supers through magazines, and it was tiny curated snippets eg 'Helena lives in New York and has a dog'The era itself added to it as well (mostly talking about the late 80s, early 90s). When you see any of the supermodels today, in motion, working, you can see the it factor in play. Despite losing her mystique, Kate Moss still has it.

Linda will always be my favourite. ♡
I don't think that's true that we only had tiny curated snippets. We knew a lot more about them than that. We knew all about their dating lives for example. The tabloids were very interested in them and Cindy even spoke in that documentary about how she was always getting followed by the paparazzi. The supers were actual celebrities and personalities and that's what made them different to a lot of other models, they weren't just known for modelling clothes aloneThat's true - no SM or Daily Mail Showbiz section meant you gleaned most info about the supers through magazines, and it was tiny curated snippets eg 'Helena lives in New York and has a dog'. That literally was about it.
And yes the perfume strips in magazines like Elle and Vogue. Or little sachets. Those strips did make reading the magazines feel so glamorous (as well as occasionally lightly lacerate the wrist with application).
