Wahhh, go ask Pommy!

It worries me how many stories are hidden to protect the rich or manage other matters when we need to know what the threats are to ensure our own personal safety, no other fecker is looking after us.
I’ve text a friend who is also an RM at HSBC. Hopefully he replies and doesn’t do the old boys club thing and not tell me anything.

Tbf disclosed driving offences wouldn't necessarily result in employment not being offered or not being approved for a regulated role. He only got 5 points for driving without due care and failure to stop, according to this: https://www.stephensons.co.uk/site/blog/personal-injury-blog/road_traffic_act
True, although I’m sure I’ve been asked previously. This is from the last checks I had - surely would come under the description of fitness and propriety.

Yes previous convictions (i.e. the motorcycle stuff) would need to be disclosed, but what's to say he didn't? I may be missing the point though, its been a long day 😭.

If he - or AN Other - does get charged for the putney incident it will be fascinating to know how he has been identified

I think there was a little press push on the story about a fortnight ago, 'who was the putney pusher?' kind of thing iirc, I wonder if the lead came from that.

My point is if it was disclosed then he would fail the vetting process.i don’t think the average person would still be hired.

I think he probably fell out with someone and they dobbed him in, probably reminded of that story - classic revenge. Maybe missus found out he cheated or something.

It has to be someone who knew the secret for a long time.

I tried to be coy but got a “couldn’t confirm either way” so make of that what you will, but I guess he’s heard the names all over the internet by now.

So glad they've made an arrest in the Putney pusher case.
It's played on my mind alot over the years that something like that could happen - especially in the covid years when commuting in to Central London often the streets were fairly empty.

It was an attack on one woman but has created nearly a decade of fear across the whole female population because it was a random brazen attack by a psychopath.

And god knows how the poor female victim is doing psychologically.

If someone has finally come forward then they've done the right thing.

The Putney pusher has been named on Reddit and his pedigree matches all the press clues. He was also involved in a Harley Davison incident in 2013. He’s a descendant of Queen Victoria.

Yes, I posted the below here yesterday. Add his previous for knocking a woman (Martha Franklin) over and this is a very troubling individual.

Putney Pusher 'The suspect was detained today at his £1.4million home in west London. A director at a private bank, he is a decorated former British Army officer who served in several major conflicts. The suspect has familial links to some of Europe's leading royal dynasties, including the House of Windsor. Since leaving the British Army, he has enjoyed a successful career in the City and advises a string of high-net-worth individuals and institutions. Posts on review sites describe him as friendly and popular with clients and colleagues.'

edit to add -
Captain Nicholas Brandram, grandson of Princess Katherine of Greece - the last female descendant of Queen Victoria - struck Martha Franklin on Hyde Park Corner on March 6…

It’s not lost on me that the victim in that case was another woman... quite the pattern of behaviour if it is him

'Samuel McAlister went missing on Sept. 11, 2023, while kayak fishing with a friend at Firth of Thames. The 25-year-old lost his paddle in rough seas and his friend tied him to a buoy while they went to get help. When they returned, McAlister and his kayak were gone.

After two days of searching for McAlister, the operation turned into a recovery mission as it was “presumed that he drowned.”
