I'm enjoying the show on iPlayer about missing persons. It's Reported Missing. I'm not sure if it's new, it popped up on my suggestions.

40 years since Suzy Lamplugh disappeared

If any cold case could be solved, I wish it was this. Her parents did such amazing charitable work, it's so unfair they died without know what happened.

I was so sad when her mum got Alzheimer’s. She was such a strong woman who fought so hard to make things better for women.

Had some training at work from the Suzy Lamplugh Trust earlier this year. Recommended.

2 brothers jailed 42 years after killing man
Amazing that there has finally been a conviction. I bet they spent their whole lives thinking they had gotten away with murder.

Bravo to the police for the time and resources they put into a cold case from 40 years ago. 2 undercover agents working for months, bugging devices, getting Intel from the family. Amazing detective work.

I always felt whoever killed Anthony Littler may have also killed Michael Williams a few years later in 1988. His body was found in Highgate Woods in a possible mugging gone wrong murder - he was also a middle aged office worker commuting home late from Central London.

There’s a woman gone missing in north Tyneside and it’s got my spidey senses tingling. Saw a post on fb by her husband this afternoon saying they were due to leave for holiday at 12pm and should have already been at the airport. She apparently left the house at 7:30am to pop to her sisters to borrow something. But didn’t arrive there.

the police have joined the search immediately and have had drones/ dogs up rising Sun hill but have found nothing.

That is strange! I really hope she’s found safe soon and there’s nothing ominous going on. Not a good sign they were due to go on holiday?

Yeah it’s not good at all to elope on the day of your holiday. I worry she’s been snatched. Apparently her sister lives locally too, so a short distance away.

Seen earlier online it’s been 25 years since Peter Falconio went missing in Australia. Police have released unseen pictures of the scene hoping it helps with finding his body.

Talking of odd cases if anyone has followed the Beaumont Childrens disappearance over the years this is interesting.

This is one I’ve always wanted to see solved. So so strange.

What's this one all about then? Did they murder their Mum? Why? Was she poorly?

'A businessman who owns a chain of luxury five star hotels in Oxford will face trial with his sister over the alleged murder of their 100-year-old mother.

Jeremy Mogford, 78, and Sarah Pickering, 71, are accused of killing Pamela Mogford in February 2022.

The pair were each charged with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder in October and released on bail.'

So it took 3 years to charge them?
Released them on bail too?
