Hmm. Well, it's not as bad as Vogon poetry. He’s retweeting his own poems now. Cringing for him.
Wow. Does he want to be in an early 00s nu metal band? He’s retweeting his own poems now. Cringing for him.
This is what I was aiming forHmm. Well, it's not as bad as Vogon poetry.
Vogon poetry
Vogon poetry is a variety of poetry, often considered to be one of the worst. It is sometimes used by the Vogons as a torture method, as it causes physical pain to the hearer. A notable example of this was when they tortured Ford Prefect and Arthur Dent after the Dentrassis let them hitchhike...hitchhikers.fandom.com
How on earth would any commissioning editor at Byline Times react to that?! He burns every bridge deliberately I swear! The need to have a publication behind you isn’t so strong in 2023 as it was in 2010, but I still need to work with places like Perspective and Byline Times on some of the work I produce; both because I appreciate the support of editors and because the more investigative and confrontational pieces I write for the latter require legal, financial, and editorial support that I don’t have access with newsletter.
You'd think so but with Byline I suspect it's a case of 'enemy of my enemy is my friend'... the enemy in this case being the Tories (and not without reason IMO).Don't worry doll, based on his latest newsletter rant he only gets published by Byline Times because he needs to rather than wants to, so I'm sure he won't get commissioned there anymore now

The man has such thin skin that I'm surprised he doesn't permanently chafe. God, I loathe him. I know it's probably irrational but he is so unpleasant and narcissistic. We get it Mic, you hate the media and love Corbyn. Wow, what a maverick(!)A brief note:
If you like this newsletter, consider upgrading to a paid subscription. Editions like the previous one on Rupert Murdoch actually cost money to make as I tend to purchase research material and the newsletter in general has an ongoing cost (subscriptions to publications and archives) beyond the hours I work.
I’m also adding this note today as the two editions on Russell Brand generally led to positive feedback but also 12 unsubscribes.
