It always just feels so extreme with Melanie. Either she is flat out potato waffling or she's vegan or she's no UPFs etc. Just eat a normal diet, some from column a and some from column b. The amount of time and energy she has wasted over the years obsessing over food is absurd. She could have a whole series of shite books written in the time she has dedicated to food. Porridge and fruit for breakfast, soup/sandwich/salad for lunch, normal dinner, snacks if you fancy it, jobs done, go live your life.The throwback videos of her just simply enjoying junk food and zoom ins of her mocking herself to show case eye rolls whilst she eats them… she is quite honestly deranged. I couldn’t imagine hating myself that much. You ate chocolate and chips, it’s not the end of the world. She is a weirdo. How many diet related videos is she going to make before she realises SHE is the problem. I really hope her kids don’t grow up with food issues with how much it consumes their mother
