That video really got me, I feel so bad for the pair of them. The way it happened makes the whole thing 100 times worse. I’m also shocked that the neighbour has behaved in such a terrible way. Left her in a bin bag over night, saying he had zero remorse, are you freaking kidding me? I would absolutely be worried about Basil and Bluebell living next door to them.

It is ultimately a very tragic accident and sadly any dog is capable to do this if another animal comes into theirs territory. The big issue here is the neighbours response. It would have made a huge difference to Meggan and Niall if they had shown remorse, had been kind, had offered to pay for her to be cremated, had wrapped her in a blanket, shown they cared and how sorry they were. They could say we will try and cat proof our garden as much as possible, I think that would go a long way in the healing process, but to know he didn’t give a shit will just be another level of devastation.

Here we go with the Advent calendars, I wonder if any influencers think ‘you know what, maybe I will donate a few of my 5+ advents I get sent to charity’. I really like Meggan, but seeing her and others constantly gifted 100 of pounds worth of Advents every year just makes me rage, it completely puts me off buying any of them from the companies, I know it’s all for advertisement but itjust comes across as greedy and really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If I got the opportunity to take my mom on this amazing trip I def would! She probably has really nice gifts for her mom and was offered a trip that would normally cost thousands of dollars. If you’re able to take your mom with you to celebrate her birthday, why wouldn’t you?

If it was my mums 60th I would pay for it myself especially if I had her cashflow. I would 100% take my mum on a trip like that (free) but I wouldn't be bragging its for her 60th when its actually been gifted to me!!! and it extremely tacky to not disclose it and be sneaky.

I'm so sad, I just keep thinking about what a horrible end Poppy had and it's heartbreaking. Absolutely horrible. I love dogs, but honestly if a dog did that to my cat I would report it regardless of whether it's in it's own garden or not... it's a new neighbour and Poppy has obviously been used to going there prior to this and the neighbour moving in and feeling safe. The fact that that neighbour is basically saying they don't care/won't do anything to prevent this happening further is definitely dangerous. If he's not willing to be a responsible pet owner - he shouldn't have a pet. Quite simple.

My guess is definitely management. I bet beyond took a lot of time to plan (and probably makes a lot) and I wonder if they wanted to hold her to some contracts where they would get a % and she wanted to drop them and they know financially they would be out of pocket to go before beyond dropped. I remember old tweets about people who want to work with her even though she doesn’t want to work with them.

normally I really like Meggan and Niall but her recent video did annoy me a little. I was a bit annoyed that she got send a brand new lay-z spa for free - one of the expensive ones at that and then still mentioned being worried about the electricity bills. Come on Meggan, you didn’t pay for the hottub, you get lots of stuff for free, you have a pretty big house, you’re hardly scraping together to pay the bills? It came across as a bit ungrateful to me. Especially when hot tubs are hard to get hold of at the moment, it’s a good few weeks wait online once you order, but then the company just inbox her and send one straight across as priority. I get it’s good advertisement for them, but it’s still very annoying

I think fitness had a bit of a moment around 2017/2018 which is why Meggan became popular, along with GraceFit, BusyBee, all of them. Everyone wanted that teeny waist, big bum look. Pretty toxic time to be honest, looking back. Meggan is the only person I’ve stuck with since then, as I liked her personality and her lifestyle outside of the gym, but I don’t watch the fitness stuff anymore. It just makes me feel crap about myself It’s obviously still a huge part of Meggan’s life even now it’s not a trend, but it just doesn’t do it for me anymore.

That video was so hard to watch as an animal lover and cat owner myself, it must have been so hard to sit down and film that the montage at the end though tipped me right over the edge ;( so awful and I do agree yes you do always have that risk when you have outdoor cats and sadly these things can and do happen but I think it was made so much worse because of how the neighbour handled it to put someone’s pet in a bin bag and not tell them for nearly a day? I mean who does that? I’d be devastated if my dog did that to someone’s pet, to show some empathy and a bit of remorse wouldn’t have brought her back or changed things but would have made things a bit easier I’m sure this upset me when I heard the news the other week for a few days and now I feel so sad again for them
