All these “content creators” are on a permit and license out here and they were all sent the script hence they have all come out with the same drivel about how safe it is and how great the government are and how they want to be there now more than ever. They are of course going to follow the line or risk being fined or losing their license. Now I do think the UAE defence is doing a great job but this is pathetic because it’s not safe at the end of the day you are in The Middle East nothing can be done to change that Dubai also tried to ring fence themselves and label themselves as being like the western world but reality has hit with a bang excuse the pun!

I know she's there for his job but would she cop on. If there wasn't this need for Dubai to cater to rich people she as a woman would be treated as a second class citizen. They don't even have women as leaders or in government there. It's not a progressive country maybe it has new technology but when it comes to human rights it's ancient.Give me her home town over where she is , she admits herself she barely leaves the compound... At least with her small town she's close enough to a city
they are all brainwashed into posting super positive stuffHave you been to Dubai before? There are no “compounds” - all the areas are just different communities or suburbs really. It’s a small enough city but spread out a lot as the population has grown so quickly. Each community typically has its own facilities like shops, cafes, gyms, etc. she likely stays close to home because of traffic. It’s a nightmare there - could take you nearly hour to get 15km down the road 🫠. The positive stuff is floating around so much because the government is non stop sharing positivity, statistics on numbers of successful interceptions, constant updates etc etc. people genuinely have a lot of trust in the government. I used to live there and have a lot of friends there still, it is for the most part still BAU there. People are still scared though, it’s really unprecedented and completely new territory. Lots of people are evacuating and leaving but at the same time lots of residents who are stuck overseas are trying their utmost to get back to Dubai. It’s home for so many people. I can’t imagine how scary it is there right now. So many unknowns. No never been to Dubai, only call it a compound because she called it one. I understand they might have everything and stuff but she always comments where she is from is so small etc and she is tying her self within a small community in Dubai so it's really the same thing just with heat... I do think what's happening has to be scary etc but the propaganda about it still being so safe is a bit much
