The fact he got done for it, appealed it and got off ona technicality which was no warrant for the search means nothing to me. He was still guilty, if anyone has reported the animals in the shed now I’d say the dspca will be gunning for him

But I think there is still some question over whether the Philip in the articles is trish' s partner Philip or is just a weird same name coinsidence

I know him for over 30 years , my brother has been hanging around with him since they were children I can categorically confirm that the Philip o Driscoll , philo or philly is the same one that trish is in a relationship and has been found guilty of those charges . Also the pig he comes across on Facebook is a gentleman to the thing he is off it , sure half of the tit he has up on his page has been removed by Facebook .

I don’t think this should be turned into a witch hunt on Trisha but she should do the decent thing and address it . As my brother said when I told him about this tread it won’t do him any harm to get a dressing down as he’s being needing a box of cop the duck on for years .

I don't think she needs to address it, at the end of the day she owes us nothing & to be honest no explanation will justify what he has done to those animals......it makes me sick to think she knew about this & still stayed with him......Im sure she didn't condone it but at the same time how could you look at that large pig after what he did never mind let him into your bed!!! I hand on heart could not be in a relationship or a friendship with anyone that is cruel to animals, I think anyone who can be cruel to animals is pure evil & rotten to the core so I hope this thread causes major problems for him the bleeping head

The reason he wasn’t prosecuted was because he was renting a small area in the yard, and it was proven that he wasn’t part of the bigger yard where the abuse went on. His animals were not harmed at all. He was only renting the place a few weeks when it got raided. He didn’t lose his job and was allowed keep animals after it was proven he wasn’t part of the abuse. But as I said, he doesn’t know if this is trish’s fella.

That’s bull he got off when he appealed as they’d no warrant. The dspca said It was the worst condition he’d seen. Read the articles it says it all. Dogs with facial injures etc

Christ the man has pics of his daughter on his Facebook with a dead rabbit and a lurcher . I know that is not illegal but Jesus it doesn’t make it right .

I’m actually sick to my stomach. I could never stay with someone who mistreats animals especially to that extent.

The part i’m blown away by did Trish really think this would never come out.

As for the dog appearing that i messaged her about still bleeping fuming over that how thick i was i thought i’d missed her talking about getting one. We lost our dad end of July obviously wasn’t next or near SM so i assumed she done stories about getting a dog.

I remember when the dog appeared i was having a bad night was just hitting into some of the people i liked stories in the hope that i would stop crying and fall asleep that’s when she had shared the dog.

To me she’s as guilty as him no getting away from that.
