I just listened to one of the subscriber eps from last week and it was soooo irritating. About what qualities about themselves do they hate. It just came across as really self indulgent and not something we really need to know about them. Holly is selfish. Clare is lazy and Mia is judgemental about people who don’t work amongst many other things. I’m paying for this??!!??

Poor Jessie’s baby is failure to thrive. It’s a very skinny little baby. I feel really bad for her that would be very hard to hear. I quite enjoyed her being back on I found Clair a bit inane and also found Mia quite rude to Clair at times whereas she fauns over Jessie.

I've got 3 kids and haven't been to a party for about 5 years but I really like her. She says things but then calls herself out and the podcast she does by herself is the only parenting podcast I've ever liked. I don't like the beauty one though, never been into that stuff, I can't believe there's a clothes podcast now too!?

Kelly seems like a lite version of Leigh…, complaining and whinging about not going out or having me time, then attending OTT parties like she doesn’t have a little toddler at home.
These people live a very warped existence in my opinion and seem very self centred. I’d hate to be in their head listening to the noise that must go on..

I’m Irish and only found both mamma Mia (through cancelled) and shameless in the last year or so. So I often find it difficult when listening to older eps to see who copied who. I found mamamia first but the difference to me is stark. Cancelled often seems to use other sources for their facts (like their recent 7th heaven ep ripped straight from the recaps from rob Anderson on tiktok which they at least mentioned, and i would be shocked celebrity memoir club didn’t give them Most of their information for their Yolanda ep). Whilst I have a lot of things about shameless I don’t agree with, I have to say they seem to take their deep dive eps very seriously and def do their own (or at least their team does) research.
Maybe I’m being mean though as I previous enjoyed a few other mamamia series but I found myself unable to listen if certain people (Chelsea) were on it so I just stopped listening to all bar cancelled.

Can anyone recommend a podcast that talks about current affairs that is not full of celebrity/influencer updates or the current drivel that MM puts out. This company used to be a sophisticated news outlet.
