I tried the onion rings as recommended on this thread, and they're SO good I had like 4 packets this week.
if you go the salmon and cream cheese is just
I didn’t love them BUT then I decided to open a little m&s individual triangle of Brie and dip the crisps in..
Tonight’s dinner is leftover M&S bits.
Chicken & chorizo empanadas
Mature Cheddar & onion muffins (both from the picky bits 3 for 7 range)
Italian mozzarella and tomatoes
And Cheese & Tomato Pinwheels.
The only one I’d buy again is the Pinwheels.
And Sparks is rubbish. Despite being the 3rd best buyer of fresh flowers and 4th best buyer of Pink Lady apples in my local store - which they felt the need to tell me - I still get crap offers for things I don’t want.
At least Ocado had vouchers I could use when I was the No1 Vimto* buyer in the West Midlands.
*Vimto is now boycotted in our house due to their choice of ‘insta ad promoter’

What happened with that? They were constantly trying to pimp it out in my 3 closest stores?I haven’t had a sparks offer in about 6 months and I bank with them, or I did before they decided they weren’t a bank anymore

They blamed it on people online banking, during a global pandemic when stores and therefore branches were closed
Haha sadly not. Very anticlimactic. She scanned my sparks card and then said ‘oh everything’s gone off my screen. I think maybe you’ve won your shopping’ then a receipt printed out confirming it!

I bought my dad the sirloin for Father’s Day, he said it was the best steak he’s ever had? It was only (only?!) £13 though, some of them are like £30 which is just mental

I love about 4 Percy sweets but that's enough sugar for me tbh.
Edit- for clarity, I'd eat my own (considerable) weight in chocolate and samosas, just can't do the unadulterated sugar thing
yeah I haven't had the jar cakes (seems too expensive for me) but all the comments seem to be about how sweet they are, I cannot imagine them conbined with percy pigs! (much as a love them)
