She needs reporting for the VAT pricing for sure. Uk VAT should be included in all product advertised with the exception of ‘trades’ accounts where a business sells to traders who will claim the VAT back. Even then, both prices should be advertised. It should NOT be advertised without VAT to ordinary customers in the UK. Her website should be geo- targeted per country to avoid this which is easy to do if she had half a brain or ‘team’ of people.
