Either Luke or Zara but I think Luke probably because in public he has referred to Zara as a Ho and the first time I came across the MotherHo account was around 2am at the same time Luke had posted stories on insta and he kept posting on here at the same.time as stories for a while. I checked few times to see if I was right before posting on here to see if I was right and was.

Why would he not stay at his family home for two weeks to look after his mum’s dog? Didn’t he say he loves to be outside of London and can’t wait to leave?! Surely he knows that looking after two labradors in a flat is a big job. At least he doesn’t live in Central London.

I haven’t watched the house video yet but really, Luke, there is rarely a ‘good’ time to buy a house. When it comes to renting in London as the alternative, asap is likely the only ‘good‘ time.
They just need to be realistic with what they could get for their money. If they’re holding out for the perfect, instagramable forever home they’ll never buy. Most first time buyers have to compromise in some way.
Anyway, haven’t even watched the video yet. I’ll watch it when I am prepared to tolerate him.

When he talks about seeing people at the moment losing out to cash buyers and property investors? That’s not a new thing or a current time specific thing Luke? He’s clueless.
Can‘t believe after that whole performance, he says he’s still aiming to buy next year. Not much will change for them by then. I just honestly think they haven’t decided or there have been big arguments.
Even if they overpaid, it’s not a problem if they were planning to stay in the property for a while but clearly that’s not on the cards.
I lost it when he talks about being excited for moving to learn skills like tiling, wallpapering, talking to architects and using fabric. Jesus Christ.
