She just doxxed me on insta because I sent her a message saying she was pumping too much (which she is) I’ve also messaged her before saying it’s hypocritical for her to promote ante-natal classes when she never went to them, and she’s mentioned that too. Hasn’t covered up my profile pic. I’ve reported it and kindly told her to remove it ASAP, I think she’s deleted it.
Just looked, it’s still there.

Sleep deprivation can cause vulnerability that's
Why they use it in military exercises/simulation of
War scenarios as a form of torture 👀we have nearly all googled the questions and really wanted the right answers for it. Do these sleep experts have the answers ?! It's so tempting, it's probably expensive too 😏
I follow the sleep consultant that Lucy is working with. She actually gives out a huge amount of free advice... from what I’ve seen her 1:1 packages are expensive though. But if you’re desperate and you had the money.. why not? I know as a new mum who’s baby didn’t sleep through until 15 months old 😫😫 if I had the money I would have 😆

I can relate to this - I have an almost 11 month old and before lockdown he was really lockdown. Now after months of being at home with me/my husband/our 3 year old he is so clingy and is SO wary of ‘strangers’. I’ve had to work some days in the office this week and he’s been a nightmare. He stayed at my mums house on Sunday night to give me a break but he didn’t sleep well and was up and the crack of dawn because he’s not used to it!
Omg yes, I had a baby turn 1 on first day of lockdown, she was meant to start nursery that week. Now she’s the clingiest nightmare, terrified of everyone. I’m dreading when she starts nursery, whereas before I was not worried at all!

Does she have pancakes every day for breakfast made by Ryan I’m not jealous at all 🙄

It’s nothing to do with Ryan’s mum tho? It’s their baby. If I could choose I’d stay at my own house rather than go to my mother In laws wouldn’t most people
Doesn’t Ryan have his own house?

I think Scott lives with his mate but what is also weird is that he was looking after Scarlett. So it must have been Ryan’s weekend with her and he binned her off to go on a date with Lucy. That would bother me if I was Lucy never mind if I was Scarletts mum, putting Lucy before his own kid
I’m sure Scott lives alone, he said on his stories about isolating alone the other week

I know what your saying but no need to laugh at your friend, or any new mother for that.. it’s a big adjustment for anyone and just because yours may be ‘worse’ doesn’t lessen theirs/removes their right to say it’s difficult...
Ah no it wasn't like that. Borderline hysteria on my part I think. If you don't internally laugh you'd cry!!!

Not just Lucy who is guilty of this but WHY do influencers have to have been on a breastfeeding journey? It is just breastfeeding.
Myleene klass is another one who has been a "brave breastfeeding warrior". We don't need you influencers to normalise breastfeeding. It is already normal! If anything making such a big deal about it is the opposite of normalising it.
I love your username :D

I think possibly because a lot of mums struggle with it, and there seems to be a lot of guilt around whether you can or can't, whether you enjoy it or don't enjoy it, whether the baby is happy etc it probably helps to see people not find it easy?

I could be wrong but how old's Roman now? I don't think you're supposed to attempt anything for about 12 weeks (haven't had a baby, just what I remembered from Gemma Atkinson), and after that I guess it's at your own pace. I haven't seen anything about her exercising either though.
6wks? Unless its changed?
