None of these executives directors had the ability to know wheter it was safe for her to return. They didn't have enough evidence to accuse Letby but it was obvious a police investigation was needed. The reports showed that further forensic investigation was needed and its hard for the authors to accuse an individual of deliberate harm. The evidence in thus case was hidden in different areas and its needed a team of experts to build it.
I've noticed both TC and IH have the same blonde woman with them. I presumed she was TC's wife but am now wondering if she's a solicitor.

Why is TC saying that the unit shouldn't have had twins and triplets? The triplets were over 2Kg and nearly 34 weeks and doing well. The evidence now shows their medical problems were caused by deliberate harm so why does he keep harping back to increased acuity and poor care.

So his thoughts were about a nurse being wrongly accused. Rather than babies being murdered by *someone* even if they don’t know who. People seem to forget that there were still murders at Stepping Hill. Awful they got the wrong person initially of course, but what’s the priority here?

No no no no no. Not at all the trust supporting Letby’s mother. How on Earth could anyone jump to that conclusion. Merely that Occupational Health, so NHS resources and staff, were going to liaise with Letby’s mother’s GP. That’s sooo different. Bergerac concerning herself with Letby’s mother’s wellbeing is really really different to OH support being offered.

Unbelievable- imagine Child C’s mother reading that Management were concerned for Letby’s parents, in view that Alison Kelly had ‘no recollection’ of actually meeting her to discuss her dead baby.
Letbys devotion to playing the innocent nurse falsely was so good that it almost stopped a police investigation being initiated. She played the victim so well, she had everybody in management bending over backwards for her and made them think of the consultants as some sort of trouble causers. It's no wonder she got away with it for so long.

The man cannot lie straight in bed. He’s honestly worse than Letby with his non-answers. At least Letby kept hers brief!
The judge was visibly exasperated when she kept trying to pin him down to accepting that some people may find him “direct”. He gave one if his irrelevant corporate speak monologues, and she said so do you agree with me or not?!
Ian Harvey is doing ok, considering the circumstances (that he’s one of the most responsible for facilitating Letby). He’s not arrogant - so he’s inherently less irritating - and is generally trying to actually answer the questions. I’m sure he’ll slip up later. I do think he lacks the colossal ego of some of the others, so is trying to be honest as long as it doesn’t get him into too much trouble, because it’s not causing him narcissistic injury.
But it’s early days yet, there’s plenty of time left for him to reveal himself as a total cubt.
