Now that she's been found guilty, the ONLY thing that will get them off the hook will be if she's eventually found not guilty. I knew we would hear more outrageous stuff this week. These meeting notes with execs and Letby’s parents - you need to read in full, if you think you can handle it.

They make me feel sick, angry, disgusted. They even put Lucy above the parents of the babies.

They all need to rot in hell with her.

It sounds in that meeting like Lucy's parents were the ones in charge of the NNU! Her dad demanding the consultants being sacked and her mum wondering why SB was in charge.

As usual, no fucks given to the families whatsoever. All sympathy reserved for the baby killer. All these idiots think the same. They must have the same malfunction going on in their heads. Letbys wellbeing is placed above everything. 2 trials with unanimous verdicts, 2 appeals rejected but they think she can just have another go.

These type of idiots never relent. Letby could be rejected again, convicted again and lose another appeal but they would just move the goal posts. There's always one last chance for the cunt that decided to start murdering newborn babies.

Very pro-Letby article. Repeated claims the external reviews didn’t find deliberate harm. But they weren’t looking for it, weren’t aware there were concerns about a member of staff, stated the reviews were not forensic and many were still unexplained

They’ve directly named Dr B too.

Did like Dewi’s response at the end of the article. Not clear if this is a response to this article or a previous one they’ve done.

Thank you once more to all of you here who are retrieving documents, analysing and reporting from court. These threads are so well-informed.

I've been waiting for this enquiry and am duly appalled by the performances of Rees, Powell, Hodkinson and particularly Kelly, Chambers and Harvey. It explains so much about how Letby continued for so long.

I work in a field (university) where incompetent managers, over-promoted by cronies, are rife, but they are limited in the damage they can do. To learn that critical services in the NHS are managed by similar bullshitters is beyond depressing. The answer to why TC uses the arrogant but meaningless language he does is because he will have found it works - I've been listening to it all my working life.

That bus is going to need to be jacked up. Maybe craned up. Or they won't all fit.

I sincerely hope that one of the recommendations that comes out of this enquiry is that HR procedures and other internal processes shouldn't involve or pander to the parents of the person at the centre of it, when they are a grown adult Yes, people do need independent support and advocates if they are doing through these things, but bringing your dad in to shout at people in person and on the phone and your mum to cry and read out whiny statement should have been seen as unacceptable.

What is shocking about the LADO referral is the form states it should be sent within 24 hours of the allegation being made. It was submitted March 2018- nearly two years after the initial concern and one year after police involvement.

It's unbelievable. I cannot get my head around why on earth they would be pandering to her in this way?! I've never known anything like it.

And why the hell did they share all of this with them, the alleged comments and SB conversation with EP, it seems completely inappropriate that this information would have been shared given the circumstances? And certainly not with her parents ffs. I can't understand why they would have willingly shared any of this information with them
