He hasn’t read a single bit of actual evidence. Reading X and untested opinions isn’t evidence.

there’s not been a full pan of the house yet but looks there are two MPs on his side.

Just done it. Agree, he's definitely not written the speech. Who is the chief NG? Whoever it is has written that speech.
