Is that John Gibbs? When was this sent?
It doesn't say. It's tagged onto the emails between Ravi Jayaram and Ian Harvey. It's almost like it's been included by mistake.

They seem to upload the same document or only certain pages of it on each day it is brought up in evidence so there is a lot of duplication on the evidence page if you search via the document number eg INQ0003112

I can't even make it halfway through RJ's transcript without my head hurting. How did he sit there and do it all day 
Still making my way through Dr RJ’s testimony. Sounds like this is the meeting in which he mentions baby K for the first time, the valve for baby H but sounds like there’s another incident with a different baby he mentions and possibly another valve and she’s claimed it was a mistake!
I've applied to watch Ian Harvey and Tony Chambers on the 27th and 28th for the great bollocking of 2024.

Tempting. I’ve not gone so far because I am not sure I can make it to Liverpool for 10am. Do you know what they are like with late arrivals?

im only a few pages in but she got quite a grilling about all the various points they should have got their paperwork in order. It was only on the eve of the inquiry being announced that someone suggested it.
