This is one of the most ridiculous theories out there.

The idea that Myers didn’t bother with the equivalent of an alibi because he thought there was no evidence against her? I don’t think any barrister, especially one as experienced as Myers, would take that kind of gamble with an (hypothetical) innocent persons life.

Ugh, my stomach dropped reading about tubes being dislodged while she was at Liverpool. I knew it would probably come out that there were unexplained incidents during her time there, but it makes you wonder just how many babies she attempted to hurt and kill. I feel sick. I genuinely think it is very likely she went into this profession in order to have the opportunity to get access to vulnerable babies. Rather than her developing these behaviours after she decided to go in for it. I wonder if she's been like this all her life.

not only that - he did the same thing again at the retrial. and letby seems to have retained him so she and whoever advises her must be satisfied with the job he's doing

If that were true, it would be grounds for an appeal and retrial - on the basis of ineffective counsel.

It looks like The Mirror, The Telegraph and The Observer are running stories on Letby but I can only see mention of the LWH tubes removal percentages in The Observer story. They all seem to be painting an evil picture of her for a change.

That's a bit of a sweeping statement from a statistician extraordinaire. The only reason Letby noticed is because she was the one who dislodged them. The other nurses aren't murderers and didn't ever do that

I know we all said it as we followed the trial that she had harmed before Baby A, but hearing about the incidents at LWH just show that she had started long before. I hope to god she wasn’t left alone with any patient at Alder Hay when she was swanning about there after Drnoname.
Do we think the police will comment on operation hummingbird during the enquiry, as they have been investigating for a few years now. They didn’t say if there was any deaths at LWH though.
I really hope the sick witch isn’t being allowed out of her cell and given special privileges to listen to this , I can see her getting off on it all.

There were deaths at LWH whilst LL was on shift there. When she gave evidence in the first trial she said at LWH they would give her another ICU baby not long after a baby died and got upset when COCH would not do the same.
