I’ve only zoomed in on the liver injury one and he says here the jury should have heard other plausible ways this injury was caused from experts. But that’s the point, there wasn’t any other plausible way this injury was caused other than deliberate harm??

that’s got to be her literally taking almost every opportunity that she’s on her own? Brazen. God knows what else she was up to really if she felt confident enough to do that. Agree with @Tofino and think it’s likely every handover is probably a baby she hurt in some way

She was only there for 2 small chunks of time, did they not think it odd that tube dislodgements rose by 40x more than nor.al whenever she was on their rota? LWH also have so many questions to answer imagine if she had been stopped at that point.Honestly though almost half her shifts
And Ben Myers cross examined the expert pathologist about this. Who testified the injury was too severe to be caused by CPR. So jury did hear about it.
I don’t know why they can’t get it into their thick heads the reason why Ben Myers offered no counter experts in her defence. Because even Michael Hall’s evidence wouldn’t stand up to scrutiny.

At this point I would pay to put all these bleeps on the stand and see BNE absolutely destroy them. Adams and Gill would be rocking and in straight jackets by the time he’d finished with them
I don’t care what they call themselves- if they have genuine new evidence which is going to overturn the verdict they should provide it to the defence. Otherwise they should shut the duck up and refrain from adding to the torment those families have already been through. Those babies weren’t statistics they were children and their families deserve better than idle speculation from people who haven’t taken the opportunity to look at the whole picture.
Anyway, rant over and I shall go back to lurking.
