Lucy Letby Case #70

I’ve been having a discussion with Ian on Twitter for the last few days. It’s been lovely, he’s such a friendly soul!

As you know, he has deciphered Letby’s green note. He has also done another version with the help of a graphologist. Someone else on Twitter has also done a version of it, which to me is closer to the original.

I’ll post pictures of all the versions. Please can you let me know which one you think is closest to Letby’s? & if anyone fancies popping over to twitter to leave a comment, my twitter name is

Yeah I saw him claiming that the Lucy Letby thread had gone from being “the main hate thread” to the site completely falling off .
This site has well over 400,000 members and I’d say that the Lucy Letby thread was actually one of the quieter ones (until the verdicts happened and it got really busy for a bit after). Compared to threads like Mrs Hinch who now has 674 threads about her, Jack Monroe who has 500+ and Katie Price who has nearly 400 threads, this one is just small fry lol.

The reason people don’t talk on here is because everyone has moved on with their lives. They haven’t run off with their tails between their legs after reading the “unscrambled” note (or any of the other rit put out there by the idiotic conspiracy theorists who want to bag Letby) and suddenly realizing she’s NG, they just don’t give a toss about her. We’re all happily living our lives in the comfort that Lucy is banged up having a tit time, and will be for the rest of her days.
Sarritas little grift has failed miserably, Gill has embarrassed and outed himself as a senile old hack and the rest of the morons who post on twitter/facebook aren’t even worth mentioning. Not really much to talk about re Letby anymore.

On another note, apparently there’s a documentary at 8:30pm on ITV1 with Dr Ravi Jayaram talking about Letby and the other factors which allowed her to carry out her crimes for so long. If anyone wants to watch!

I've been having a skim of new posts every few days, but there is nothing new to talk about and my life has many things in it that are far more interesting than a group of old perverts who spend their days obsessing over a baby killer.

I too expect there will be a flurry of comments when her appeal is refused, and discussion will pick up around any retrial.

We're definitely still here just quiet observers at this point! Will pick up again when the retrial begins. Still absolutely convinced the right verdicts were reached bar the NGs.

As you guys have said, there hasn’t been much more to say but I’m pretty sure no one who was on here during the trial has now changed their mind and has boycotted in protest

My response to the latter is as follows. I'm personally not in the thread as much as I was mostly happy with the verdict (less so about the charges that couldn't be found) and there is not much 'new' to say, atm. I think Letby is where she belongs. As there's not much been happening, without something significant, it would just be a rehash of the same information we already have. All the comprehensive detail has been covered here and in the Wiki. As others have said, most of us are getting on with our lives. However, maybe Ian's right, after all. There could indeed have been a miscarriage of justice, in the cases of the babies whose parents still don't have definitive answers, where available evidence wasn't sufficient to convict . I'll give him that!!!!

Lucy is a whistleblower? How has he come to that conclusion given she was the only one who didn’t show any concern at the time for the increase of deaths when she had front row view of it everytime.
She only complained about doctors after they became suspicious of her.

Lucy’s NMC hearing has a date scheduled for December. I know nobody is at risk but I find it ludicrous that she’s still technically on an interim suspension order. I know this was debated back in August but I don’t see why they can’t have a policy that with certain convictions (you know, like murder!) it’s an immediate strike off.

As a nurse I find that shocking. I understand that a process must be followed but this should have happened much much sooner.
Anyway, I will be glad to see her wiped off our register for good. And I hope it is an extremely painful day for her. Just in time for Christmas.
