They must believe (and I agree) that whatever intentional act she did to those babies, it could only have been an intention to kill, not just to harm. I’m guessing it’s not easy to add an alternative charge ‘just in case’.

Honest to god, every single one of them.. you get them talking for long enough and they literally have no idea at all about the case or which baby is which or the very basics of what happened 🫠
It’s quite incredible that they then can talk about how sure they are that they’re right when they truly know nothing.
They’ve all seen the same one video (with two blokes who say fairly early on that they don’t know much about the case
) or the same blog by ScIenTisTs (our girl Sarrita the certified nutcase) so they say the same things over and over.We need to make a bingo
- there were only two experts (so many of them think there were no experts called regarding the insulin
they don’t realise there was a pathologist or anything)- sewage was falling on people’s heads seems to be a new one! We’ve gone from sewage in the sinks to in the incubators and raining from the ceiling
- some of the families think she’s innocent (this appears to have been started by Mycroft when he said he was meeting them and now something Gill likes to repeat, because he’s so intelligent and credible).

It also raises the question of why Letby would be so desperate to work in room one if shit was falling on everyone’s heads constantly? Didn’t BNE also say she had never filed a datix form regarding sewage or plumbing? She’s on shift for more deaths than most people there had been in decades of their careers and yet she wasn’t concerned at the time about sewage supposedly being a problem in that room? And her life was over because she could no longer work in the sewage infested room with people horrendously bullying her and babies dying left right and centre?

Quoting myself to say that whilst this was a joke at Gill’s expense, I would actually love to see a 24hrs in police custody type episode on Lucy. I would really love to see her body language and hear her tone of voice in response to the many questions she was asked. I think her guilt would be even more obvious.
While the hospital may not have been able to prevent Letby attacking her first victim the way they failed to remove her and safeguard the other babies is heartbreaking. I did always feel especially sorry for the babies towards the end of the indictment such as the triplets family, who had to sit and listen to fourteen babies being attacked, managers ignoring doctors concerns and letting a murderer take on the care of your precious babies. The way baby P laid in wait for her to finish murdering his brother and the fact that the third triplet only survived because he was quickly moved was horrifying. Baby Q had to take his place, while the hospital managers pushed the whole situation under the carpet. Hopefully this decision will get justice for the poor babies whose right to be safe was thrown out of the window.

I'm confused by their reasonings for the protest. First they're saying that they want to "support the press" but then say that the press are biased and to blame. They say that the press gag, which btw as far as I can see only pertains to information on the case of baby K, means that "alllll of the professionals that support their conspiracy theory"aren't able to? Eh? Firstly, I've yet to see anybody credible in the relevant fields of the Letby case say anything that supports the SoT people even when trial had finished and there were zero restrictions in place except the names, it's been people who have absolutely no expertise relevant to the case. Secondly, how does a reporting restriction on information pertaining to baby K stop someone talking about the trial (bar baby K, which was only a small part of it)... it just doesn't. The SoT page, Gill, chimp, and the other one law and something, they're still banging on about it all, in fact I'm sure that Adams no PHD chick has registered SoT as an American business or something to try and bypass all British laws, so what's their beef?
They're using the very common reporting restrictions, which are put in place to give the defendant a fair trial, to cry about and blame that it's why not enough people hit up their pages/groups, when in reality it's because nobody cares what those loonies have to say and because nobody cares for their misinformation and propaganda.
In reality, they're desperate. Nobody worthwhile is backing their dead baby killing horse so they're panicking and looking for places to lay blame. They think that by getting a (very very small) group of people together, people like Chris the known to the police stalker, power hungry know nothing Pricky, psycho 60 faces Linda/Valentina/Amanda... along with unhinged Merlot Mark who will be half cut, Gill who will hop on a plane with his wife, her "special antenna" and a framed picture of Lucia De Berk, Ian who will stink of piss and be wearing a nazi flag round his shoulders like a cape... plus a couple of oldies who are too gullible to see what's in front of them, a psychic and a couple of self declared empaths who feel it in their hearts and bones that Letby can't be a serial murderer because she had teddies on her bed... all stood with their home made posters saying "CPS ARE EVIL" "WE LOVE LETBY" "DEWI EVANS IS RETIRED" "JURIES ARE STOOPID" "DA BABIES ALL DIED FROM A MAGIC INFECTION" they think that by doing that, the media is gonna be like ZOMG WE ARE BUZZING YOUS ARE ON OUR SIDE and report how amazing they are and the appeal court is gonna be like oh yahhh one of the biggest trials of British history is wrong because these people said so.
What will happen is 20 people will show up, all kiss each others knackers, no media will show up but will later see some pictures posted online and report on it with the headline "Convicted Baby killer groupies have a meet up in between writing her love letters" and they will be even more of a laughing stock than they are now, if that's even possible.

I've recently got a new personal phone so I'll have to dig out my screenshots on my old phone where I've got him spilling his heart out about how he stalked a woman who he worked with. Followed her home and that as well... she got a none mol on him which was breached and turned into a restraining order.
