I agree. I think dead babies is going beyond dark humour, but I know there will be plenty who will disagree. Just not something I could ever make light of.

They were originally investigating more deaths from March 2015, maybe these have something to do with it?
I agree although part of me wonders based on what else we have read about her if she was just really awkward and weird and didn’t think before she spoke . I know I have had situations like that at work and thought oh tit afterwards .

. I think this was said before child B, I can't find a time stamp but in the way it's reported it sounds as though its in-betweenI think for me, it keeps coming back to the discussion before. If it were any of these things on there own, I'd just put it down to things like that, being a bit social awkward, a bit nosey, a bit obsessive etc. But it's one thing after the next and after the next and when you put them all together, the picture seems very grim.
“You’re not having a great run of it” could be in relation to things happening before Child A & B were even in the hospital. What if she was harming babies before the deaths in question happened but not killing them? Low level stuff that wouldn’t cause too much alarm but maybe a colleague noticed babies weren’t doing well in her care?Has to be doesn't it
It's why I could never work in a NICU or paeds I would fall to bits. Uni allocated me a placement in a children's hospice and I asked to switch. Horrendous massive respect to those who can, when I've had patients pass it's usually at the end of a long protracted illness at a good age and usually it's a relief as they are free from pain and at peace.

Agreed. Massive admiration for people who take on those roles, I couldn't do it. I was going to be a vet and couldn't in the end because I couldn't bare the sadness. Takes a certain strength of character that's for sure.

They may have, I didn't see it though. I'm just curious as to why the court reporting isn't mentioning facts like that really.
The fact she had two comments from two different colleagues that raise the weird pattern already 'something odd about that night' and another referring to her having 'a bad run of it'. We are only at child B. It is making me lean closer to guilty.
Part of me wonders if she was (undiagnosed?) neurodiverse, as seen in girls as be perfectionists, high achieving etc And masked a lot. Then the pressures of the job, lack of sleep support etc it got too hard to mask and these odd social “mishaps” (for want of a better word) started occurring. Even things like the weird phrasing in texts… does she simply speak very logically?
Just thinking out loud by the way. I don’t know what to think really, especially as each newspaper seems to report everything slightly differently.
The thought of a neurodiverse person having their behaviour used as evidence against them being WEIRD and creepy and a murderer when it’s just how their brain works send shivers down my spine as much as a baby killer loose on the ward does. It’s just awful all round. Neither outcome is good

I do think in an attempt to understand people we can't, the neurodiverse card always comes out. Sometimes people are just dickheads. Could be wrong but was this not June 30 in relation to the 3 deaths and collapse of child b?
I’m sure we saw a text in relation to child a something along the lines of “it’s terrible, luckily it doesn’t happen here very often” which contradicts the “bad run” text again I might be misremembering
I cant see the correlation with watching the programme and her injecting air into the babies tummies. As an experienced NICU nurse she would have known this surely and during training it would have being instilled into them that this is what can happen.

Yea that’s all I had seen so I was confused seeing comments about jokes about dead babies. I’d say “ha ha” is added in so it doesn’t sound like a dicky message “I’m not taking another one of your shifts again” sounds harsh compared to “I’m not taking another one of your shifts again ha ha” ?!
