I reckon the appeal will be “jury inconsistencies” because of some being G some NG and some undecided. But it won’t work because “jury inconsistency” is more for like, where being found not guilty on one actually contradicts being found guilty on another, say for example, Barbara and Jane are neighbours and are both murdered on the same night, and the defendant is found guilty of barbaras murder, but not guilty of Janes murder on the basis that the defendant was in another country so couldnt have done it. Lucy’s convictions don’t contradict each other like that.She will have lodged an intention to appeal on the basis that the trial Judge was biased against her and therefore she didnt have a fair trialabsolute joke
As far as I was aware, she has only requested to appeal. She hasn't even been granted the appeal yet, so she can't go ahead with it.

Same. I know they've blurred the baby's face, but if that was your child, you'd know. Utterly disrespectful. They should only use the mugshot or stills from the arrest.
It makes you feel sick to see that witch with her hands of someone's beautiful, precious baby.
I am having to sit on my hands to stop myself commenting on the Nurse Letby Facebook group. Someone has posted pictures of very tiny, very premature pictures next to descriptions of baby E and baby C. Baby E was born at 33weeks and weighed 3 pounds so would look nothing like a 24 week 1lb baby, it just seems really disrespectful to the babies.
I’ve seen that too. I’m going to have to say something but I’m waiting until I’m a calmer about it. I understand she’s had a traumatic time with her own babies but there’s no need to share those pictures & most of what she says is rubbish. Some babies born that early will have major issues & some won’t. Some babies born that early will be unstable & others will be stable. My twins weren’t born quite that early but they were still very early, one had major difficulties but was still stable & one was totally stable.
I think these people forget that all babies are different. Just like how we as adults are all individuals and cope with things differently, so do babies. These morons on Facebook don’t even see the babies as having been living, breathing beings with their own tolerances and a will to survive. It’s all very detached over on Facebook, I don’t see much empathy for them or their suffering, just scrambling to come up with any wild theory they can think of to suggest that the murderer is innocent.
