This is the kind of utterly despicable comments being made on the public Nurse Lucy Letby Group fb site.

Lol Richard posted the fascist letter from Cheshire police. An absolutely scathing review of Sarrita and her “science” from judge Goss. Bro was not playing!

I’ve just got to him mentioning the Lee Cooper Leisure Suit 🥲🤣 bravo @O'lee 👏🏼 did it take all your concentration to say Nick Johnson instead of BNE?
honestly this is an amazing episode and such an antidote to all the absolute fuckwits spouting their bullshit! 💕

Oh please pass on how much I love these ladies 💕 the lovely nurses 💕 this is so refreshing. THIS should be the conversation. It’s what she actually did. Ten months of evidence.

ahh @O'lee now you’ve made me cry with your last bit 💕👏🏼 beautiful words. You should all be so so proud, you’ve added the most wonderful perspective and such important points to the conversation. This will be listened to be by so many people.
Oh gosh now the service 💔
Aww thank you. The positive feedback from people on here has been brilliant, I am glad to know that we all gave a good account of proceedings- the contributions from the two retired nurses was particularly good I thought. I do have social anxiety and I'm on the spectrum (albeit at the high functioning end) so I did wonder whether I could manage doing the podcast, but I thought it was important to give my perspective on what I saw when I've attended and to counteract some of the nonsense being spouted from certain quarters on the internet.

Yes, I did have to remind myself not to say "BNE" or "Lucifer" hahaha

Someone in one of the Facebook groups claiming to work for the NHS says she put in a grievance and is now worried she'll get set up for murder 'like Lucy'. How in the everloving fuck does she expect that to go down?

Dr A: 'Did you hear nurse thicko put in a grievance?'
Dr B: 'Seriously? We'll show her. Murder a bunch of patients and we'll blame her'
Dr A: 'Fucking genius, I'm on it!'

It honestly baffles me how these people function.

Had a lengthy chat this morning with one of my brothers. He's a barrister with many years experience in criminal defence so we had a lengthy chat about Lucifer, and specifically about what decision the CPS will come up with on the 25th. He said that there are a number of reasons why this should happen but mainly:

Level of public interest - it's huge, she is a serial killer
The victims' or victim's loved ones interest in wanting to pursue it - lets hope they do
The opinions of the investigating officers and the case put forward
Have had time to gather stronger evidence on the points that couldn't be agreed upon by original jury

I asked if was likely that they may not bother given that she has already been sentenced to 14 WLO's and he said if he was working in the CPS he'd be pursuing further charges simply because the law is a funny beast and if there were even tiny grounds for appeal on the original trial, any decent law maker would make it their business to make sure that she is charged and sentenced for everything which makes the minute likelihood of ever being released nigh on impossible.

We also discussed unfair trial given press etc and he said it's a bit different when someone has been convicted of such heinous crimes. I'm afraid I zoned out about then as I absolutely adore my brother but he's a smart cookie and my little brain began to overheat at that stage :ROFLMAO:

So let's hope they decide to go to town on the murdering cow.

Christ, this one wants to go tracking the Letbys down by bashing on all the neighbours doors. That's psycho behaviour, blood stalker
That one thinks letby is the second coming of Jesus aswell.

I contacted Jesus for comment and found him like this

I see the media have found another photo of her posing next to a baby. Wish they’d fuck off with it. I don’t wanna see her stood next to a potential victim.

I honestly wouldn’t bother engaging with anyone who is talking about the insulin, they don’t know what they’re talking about. To address a couple of points made in that post:

1. They claim that treatment of “hypoglycemia raises the insulin and suppresses the c-peptide” - this is not true. Endogenous insulin and c-peptide are produced in equimolar concentrations.

2. The suggestions that the test was invalid as the sample was not stored or transported correctly are categorically untrue. A biochemist testified in court that the sample met the guidelines in place to ensure it was transported and stored correctly. There was nothing to indicate it had been incorrectly handled in a way which would cause an invalid result.

3. The idea that 4657 pmol/L is an impossible result or that an insulin plasma level this high would result in certain death is just nonsense. Vincent Marks (insulin specialist who the letby truthers love to quote) actually wrote a paper which included multiple reports of people who had survived insulin overdoses with levels of up to 180,000 pmol/L in their blood. These babies were also in an intensive care setting and were simultaneously receiving glucose which would’ve countered the extremely high insulin.

Realistically, these babies suffered sky high insulin coupled with extremely low c-peptide levels and low blood sugar readings which magically resolved themselves within a very short period of time after the TPN/dextrose infusions were removed. Suggestions that the insulin tests were wrong are ridiculous because if they were incorrect, why would the babies be suffering with extremely low blood glucose levels at the same time? There is no evidence to suggest that either continued to suffer episodes of hypoglycemia since this happened either. I cannot think of any natural pathology which would cause this specific scenario. Letby poisoned those babies.

This bellend is spouting this shite to 260k followers
Toby Young is a dickhead anyway. I've just read the replies to that tweet, lots of people criticising him and the usual handful of guilt deniers. There's even one idiot saying it was the Covid vax passed on to the babies via their mothers. Only problem with that brilliant theory is that the babies died in 2015-16. Confirmed what I already knew, they are all thick.

Now I think they really need to get their facts straight before they start throwing accusations around.
