Lucy Letby Case #70

It’s been confirmed in a hearing today that the prosecution will seek a retrial for Baby K but not the other 3 babies H, J and Q. Retrial won’t be until June 2024. Last thread here: https://tattle.life/threads/lucy-letby-case-69.41515/

Defence say that October 2024 presents some difficulties so a provisional date of June 10, 2024 has been given. James Goss unable to confirm if he would be the Judge for that retrial
