I’m not sure he’d need one, he’s the sort of bloke who looks like he would cause mass vaginal dryness

(Not going to name him - don’t want to get in trouble and tbf I do agree with him being anonymous to protect his kids)
No you're right, don't name him, it will all come out in the wash anyway. It always does 😘

I’ve noticed that sky news are still using the baby grow picture but zooming it in so you can’t see what she’s holding. Still wish they’d just stick to the mugshot like

At home and poured a glass of gin. I think we need to thank all the medical staff, solicitors, police and court clerks that worked tirelessly to help bring this witch to justice. And of course a massive THANK YOU to BNE- you got justice for those babies and you should be so so proud of the job you’ve done. Raising my gin to you good sir x

Did they actually had an affair?
In terms of what is “provable” I suppose it depends on what you class as an affair.
Messaging late into night, pet names and hearts in messages, spending one on one time together including trips to London.
if that was my other half I would call that cheating as an emotional affair but maybe others wouldn’t as nothing physical was proved.

there is no proof of physical cheating and Letby denied it but I think a lot of people would struggle to believe that

Baby killers get what they deserve inside. It may take months or years for someone to get to her but they will. I also agree it’s cowardly to refuse to attend sentencing etc. hopefully one day it’s mandatory or whack another 10 years on the sentence.

I am so shocked and a bit late to the game, because I was beginning to think we wouldn't get a verdict this month.

I was it today with my kids and some family and soaking up all these moments that I forgot about this case and it wasn't until I saw it on a Neonatal Instagram account I follow.

I have followed this trial since before the birth of my third little baby. Before him, I had never been inside a NICU and I thought I would never be. And then, when he was 12 hours old, I found myself sobbing in my bed as they took him away to get NICU with breathing issues. He had Group B Strep twice in the end and I still feel the ramifications from the hospital stays almost a year later (he's 10 months old at the end of this month).

I haven't followed as closely lately, because it's been hard going and I still have a lot going on with me, with the 6 weeks included. Luckily, he's now discharged from paediatrics as they don't suspect any underlying immunodeficiency anymore, but he will still be monitored when it comes to infections that require antibiotics.

I immediately burst into tears reading the news and my whole body just feels shivers. It's justice for some of the families, sadly not all, but nothing will ever bring those babies back and end those parents heartache. It's heart wrenching that these babies should have been here now and causing their parents grief while they enjoy the 6 weeks.

And the damage it will deal to all past, current and future NICU families is beyond awful.

Thinking of absolutely everyone affected by this result today ❤

Look into the petition that came from the Thomas cashman trial that forces killers to face the families in court. signing that could be a way we make a difference for future victims.
Also that absolute piece of crap that grape and killed Zara Aleena. I can't even type his name. He also refused to come to the dock.

Been reading these threads since she took the stand, but never posted until now.

Sorry if repeat but just read on BBC that they are investigating 6 further deaths at Countess and 2 at her previous job

I feel sick to my stomach thinking what those little angels endured and their poor parents. I hope she rots in prison her entire life.

Dr NoName’s name has been leaked several times on various platforms but swiftly deleted.
I’m obviously not gonna say what it is as I’m not looking to get myself in trouble, but it’s defo out there js

Halle - flippin- lujah..... 🙏 does anyone else feel we can all breathe again? I can only imagine the relief for the parents knowing she'll be inside for ever....it is sad that not all verdicts were guilty but overall ....wow - good job, Jury. Everyone must be exhausted.

Wow the BBC investigation is really damming and names all the people who tried to brush it under the carpet. I hope more heads would roll as a result of this. I hope that wherever they work now, they will be asked to resign.
I was a bit disappointed in the BBC as I felt that they hadn't been reporting much on the case and I didn't want people to be unaware of it. But it looks like they were digging away, collating interviews and evidence and are now going in hard with articles and a Panorama special. Naming names, calling people to account. Faith restored.

Also thanks for all you guys on this thread. I know I found you all relatively late despite following the trial from the beginning but you’ve all been so welcoming and supportive (with the odd sprinkling of humour) ☺ xxx ❤ xxx
