New level of stupid. “How at risk we are of being accused of murder”

Reluctantly blurred these 2 stupid bleeps out. I’m so sickened by the lack of regard these thick no marks have towards the families of these babies. They’re beyond stupid and damn disrespectful

Also lads, the longer deliberations go on after this majority verdict direction, the worse that bodes no? If there was just one difficult juror and they were 10-1 on everything they could have announced that this afternoon?
If there’s no verdict by the end of the week I’d defo be worried

The scapegoat tit is tedious at this point. How anyone can still believe it is ludicrous. Almost as bad as the “tHeReS bEeN nO eViDeNcE” brigade.

On the hung jury thing I actually hope that if they can't find her guilty on ALL charges that they can't reach a verdict on some of them (so hung jury) rather than a definite not guilty because at least then the CPS have a chance to have another go should they decide to.

If she is found NG on some charges then those babies families will never see justice for them but with a hung jury decision they may do in the future.

Having said that can you imagine having to face all this again?

Still think it's a better result that NG though.

End of the day she is going to prison and won't be getting out because no way on earth is she getting NG on all 22 charges.
There won’t be a hung jury. All it will take for her to be locked away for life is one guilty verdict. There’s not a chance in Hell will she be found NG on all 22 charges.

Sending you love @mrs.darcy and hoping you get good news soon about your daughter xx

What the duck is wrong with this jury?! She's clearly guilty.

Why!? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Must have missed that one LOL xx
I see no one has answered your question about Brian Harvey and tuna melt baked potatoes, so strap in...

Not long after being sacked from East 17 for using drugs, Brian Harvey visited a friend in a slightly hilly street in Walthamstow. He was really hungry so ate 3 tuna melt baked potatoes in quick succession before leaving. He started his car before realising he was about to be sick, so he leaned out the door and somehow fell underneath the car. Unfortunately, he had already released the handbrake so the car started moving and went over him, causing serious injuries. And that is how Brian Harvey ate 3 baked potatoes and ran himself over 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 *

What do we think the “problem” charges might be where the jurors can’t agree? I’m thinking babies K and Q…
I was going to ask this question to see everyone’s thoughts too. I thought maybe K too just cause she passed at the other hospital. I’d be so sad for the parents but i do sadly think there’s going to be a couple of NG/hung

@mrs.darcy Any news love? X
SIL rang about 10 minutes ago, she's in a side ward on a drip for fluid and an antibiotic drip, her temperature is sky high, one of the nurses said she's not surprised she feels so ill, and she was sick again when seeing the doctor. Not sure how long they plan to keep her at this stage.

Thank you for asking, it's much appreciated.

This life sometimes, one of my daughter's has been taken to hospital, she's been ill since last Thursday and is getting worse, 111 were going to send an ambulance but it was quicker for my SIL to take her himself. I'm sat just waiting for news.
Oh Mrs, I’m so sorry to hear this, you must be up the wall darling. I hope that they get to the bottom of it and get miniMrs on the mend again in jig time. 💕💕💕

I think if any they’ll be struggling with some of the attempted murder charges

I've been watching the manhunt programme on Ch5 about Robert Black and how they pieced together how he was responsible for murdering those little girls, first case to use computers, the amount of evidence that was taken into court was phenomenal, box after box unloaded from the police van.

One comment struck me, it was along the lines of each case was so similar how could it not be him.

This jury needs to heed the judges directions and I wish they could here that remark.

It’s really worrying that people like this like amongst us, possibly looking after our children and elderly 😩🤯

This is my view too that they’ve gone NG on the murder charges but it’s some of the attempts they’re struggling to get a majority on

Sorry if I’ve missed this/it’s a stupid question but why hasn’t it reported so openly in the mainstream news?

Said this a few weeks ago also, but the longer this goes on the more I feel it's likely she will actually get away with this.
Everyone knows she's guilty.
But was it proven beyond all reasonable doubt?
The whole case was built on circumstantial evidence alone and I don't know if it's enough.
No one witnessed her physically harm any baby, nothing caught on camera etc.
Yes she was seem hovering around babies in distress but no one actually witnessed her 'in the act'.
While there is plenty of medical evidence from post mortems of the injuries to the babies, similarities etc, there is no DNA evidence (LL DNA) like you would have in most murder cases.
It's very difficult I think.
Also I don't know if an unhinged rambling doodle half-confession on a sheet of paper from a 'mentally unstable' woman seemingly in the throws of desperation with PTSD as she claims is enough for a conviction.
I feel the prosecution focused too much on the handover sheets being kept also.
Anyone in the medical profession knows that while it is wrong and a breach in confidentiality, many nurses bring home handover sheets by mistake or let them build up in their handbags etc before shredding- I don't think this is ok but it does happen very regularly.
I know I think she is 100% a sick sadistic serial killer but I don't know if they proved that in court.
I think the hospital need to take a lot of the responsibility here aswell.
They failed those babies so much.
She should have been removed from her post as soon as concerns were raised and a pattern was emerging.
The hospital managers allowed many of the harm done to these babies to happen by not acting swiftly enough or contacting police.
I hope they reach a guilty verdict for the poor babies and their families, and maybe I am totally wrong - I hope I am but that's just my thoughts.....

Quote from Facebook

I've been away too, there's been a big meeting today at the court. They are still deliberating but there has been some some discussions on two of the charges I can't believe it. It's not in the press yet and no one is allowed to talk about it but all I can say is there were tears!!!! 😢

As if anyone knows what is going on in the room. That would straight away be a mistrial.
How can people know this kind of info unless they are on the jury?!
