I didn’t mean NGThis is my view too that they’ve gone NG on the murder charges but it’s some of the attempts they’re struggling to get a majority on

At first, I thought this said "I think Jammy head is weird Richard on a diff account"I think Jammy head is weird James on a diff account
Oh stick around kid, there's plenty more where that came fromI love it when you talk dirty![]()
It’s all to do with having a fair trial. Press can’t be seen to be doing anything that is in contempt of court. At the moment during deliberations there is no news to report daily. When the trial was ongoing most news outlets would do a daily report.Sorry if I’ve missed this/it’s a stupid question but why hasn’t it reported so openly in the mainstream news?
i struggle to see what people want in terms of evidence. Imagine your child that you thought was doing well suddenly died in these circumstances and then a plethora of medical experts concluded your child was murdered, then it turned out there were another 25 suspicious incidents where 6 other babies unexpectedly died, and another 10 unexpectedly collapsed, in mostly similar circumstances over a very small time period. All this happens and there is one person present at every incident. And then you later found out that person searched you and every other parent on Facebook had paper work with you or your child’s name on and also wrote a note saying “I killed them on purpose” reasonable doubt is out the window, people go to jail for murder without a body in some cases. Here we’ve got 7 murders and zero defence if you don’t think she did it at this point imo you lack comprehension skills or just choose to ignore the factsSaid this a few weeks ago also, but the longer this goes on the more I feel it's likely she will actually get away with this.
Everyone knows she's guilty.
But was it proven beyond all reasonable doubt?
The whole case was built on circumstantial evidence alone and I don't know if it's enough.
No one witnessed her physically harm any baby, nothing caught on camera etc.
Yes she was seem hovering around babies in distress but no one actually witnessed her 'in the act'.
While there is plenty of medical evidence from post mortems of the injuries to the babies, similarities etc, there is no DNA evidence (LL DNA) like you would have in most murder cases.
It's very difficult I think.
Also I don't know if an unhinged rambling doodle half-confession on a sheet of paper from a 'mentally unstable' woman seemingly in the throws of desperation with PTSD as she claims is enough for a conviction.
I feel the prosecution focused too much on the handover sheets being kept also.
Anyone in the medical profession knows that while it is wrong and a breach in confidentiality, many nurses bring home handover sheets by mistake or let them build up in their handbags etc before shredding- I don't think this is ok but it does happen very regularly.
I know I think she is 100% a sick sadistic serial killer but I don't know if they proved that in court.
I think the hospital need to take a lot of the responsibility here aswell.
They failed those babies so much.
She should have been removed from her post as soon as concerns were raised and a pattern was emerging.
The hospital managers allowed many of the harm done to these babies to happen by not acting swiftly enough or contacting police.
I hope they reach a guilty verdict for the poor babies and their families, and maybe I am totally wrong - I hope I am but that's just my thoughts.....
Who’s this? I missed all the earlier threads so don’t know who it isOh not bloody Jammy Dodger again… he talks a load of tit. He said before the trial started none of the evidence would be made public.
I always see you pop up when a new thread is pendingI’ll get a new thread ready. Mad at you all for filling the thread and making me think of a poll at 11.20pm.

I’ll tell you on the next thread…Who’s this? I missed all the earlier threads so don’t know who it is
If the verdict is G for X,Y and Z then she’s G of murder and will be sentenced to life imprisonment x 3. If she’s found G of one charge of murder then she’s Guilty. The judge isn’t going to set her free because she was found NG on one or more charges. One Guilty verdict is all that’s needed.Ok I think I'm confused.
I totally get she just needs 1 guilty charge (thank God and she definitely will get this) to be sent down.
But what happens for example (I'm going to use random letters for babies here to avoid confusion with the real babies) if they decide she is guilty for the charges against babies x, y and z but even after weeks of deliberation, they cannot come to an agreement on the charges against babies v and w.
Surely we could be in a situation where they just argue for days over one particular charge they just can't agree on even though they have agreed the others?
I'm still not clear on this. Maybe I'm just being thick?
I partly hope for my little brains sake they just return a majority on them all tomorrow. I'm not sure how much more I can take and understand.
A mad fb poster who makesWho’s this? I missed all the earlier threads so don’t know who it is
I hope you left them a post it note.Yeh they are tit now, I'm funny with mushy peas they have to be so green in colour that they look like incredible hulk, can't stand those that look a bit wishy washy.
