Nasty horrible people like that are their own punishment: they do, after all, have to live with their vindictive nasty selves day in day out. How awful it must be to live in their bigoted worlds.
P.S. Did you seek legal advice for getting sacked? They should’ve supported you against the bullies, not sacked you!

Hats off to you for standing up for yourself when no one else did, and having the conviction and courage to do the same with your boss when you were only 16! They probably didn’t involve the police in the end coz tit would’ve got the fan & they would’ve been revealed for the bullies that they were — your boss included for not protecting you.
