Unreal isn’t it? Whatever your opinion on her guilt, she’s up for murdering babies. Imagine if a family member of the babies was in that group or saw that? I know we make light on here about LL and the barristers but there’s just something very unsettling about people wishing her all the best (and hoping she’ll start a family). She should never be allowed to reproduce in my opinion.

Thank you so much Little My, I’ll hopefully be in here later, catching up with the Judges summing up, the defence made me so cross, I couldn’t read much of it, I’m hoping the judge balances everything out.

I'll see myself out When there was no doctor in the land prepared to act as a defence witness and give an alternative view to the fact that the babies were murdered or attacked he probably had an inkling that she was guilty.
Mumsnet have changed opinion now. They don't believe she's a scapegoat anymore, they believe it's a witch hunt instead.

Really hopeful for a good Goss summing up. I have faith in him. I really want to know about the insulin levels - that seems like a huge point to me. Did she increase them the second time or not? I feel like a lot could hang on that.
But also I was thinking this morning that even though it's not over, some things I feared now definitely haven't happened. The trial has not fallen apart altogether because of juror sickness/delays. Also, we are vanishingly unlikely now to lose too many jurors to make it possible to proceed as I don't expect 4 of them to simultaneously combust in this last week or two.

I dipped out of the reporting last week after the first day of nonsense and just caught up via here. Fab job as ever with connecting the dots when BM tried to scramble my brain. Never swayed from guilt though.

I had to aswell...the defence case was inconsistent with the closing speech. They literally brought nothing to the table.
