Has James been following the same trial as us or am I missing something? 🥴

Sorry still catching up but it’s easy to “forget” you had a shredder when it’s the only thing you have in a room 🤔 seems funny she still remembered to use the shredder for bank statements tho 🙄
Aye but I thought she said she had problems with keeping bits of paper and what not, so why shred a bank statement? 🤔

If she is found guilty of being a serial killer, do you think she could control that impulse to kill and harm from when she was redeployed in 2016 to her finally being taken into custody in 2020 (I think I have that date right)? As in will the behaviour just stop??? I don’t know enough about SK behaviour but I wonder if it is unusual to be arrested and interviewed released on bail 3x.

Sorry I haven’t been able to keep up with this as it moves so quick. I was always indifferent about the searched thinning they didn’t really mean anything.

However she did 277 searches in one month! That’s 10 a day, that is pretty excessive. Assuming those aren’t 10 new people a day that is a lot of looking people up!!

I am super behind and trying to catch up.

I have to say, I gasped out loud today when the news appeared on my phone that she was taking the stand. I was adamant she wasn't going too. I immediately went to this thread and have read bits throughout the day when my kids have allowed (not very often, how dare they!).

I also couldn't believe it was headline news today as well on the 6 o'clock news.

I did read the live Chester Standard and that's all I could manage time wise, so am somewhat up to date with their recordings of the day.

I just feel like it's all so contradictory and really hard to follow from the defence so far. It doesn't feel like they have made any dents in my opinion of her being guilty and so far, her testimony (is that right) doesn't strike me as someone who is innocent, just someone doing damage control.

I hope the jury see through this though. I'm scared that those people who buy into the 'she looks normal/pretty/delicate etc..., she can't have done this' will completely buy the woe is me act, but for me, it doesn't sit right at all. It doesn't feel genuine. But maybe that is my bias.
100% agree with everything you said. For everything to match up the fact she was near every baby, the hand over notes at home, the notes she wrote, the text messages. Everything screams guilty Imo she can shred all the crocodile tears she wants but it’s always about “her life” never about the poor babies.

Just watching it on the news now, it’s talking about the fact she thought she shouldn’t have been caring for those types of babies in the first place. What does that even mean? They should have been at a different hospital or a different part of COCH?

There is a different breed of human in that group 🤢 a couple of the regular die-hards knock me ill with the tit they spout and I just hope to God the parents and families never see it.
there is one person who is in there who says she is a family member. When i looked at her profile she had family in chester and checked into places around chester so may be true

She's one of those people who look really different in every picture taken of her. Bit of a chameleon

Well, she was moved away from her preferred prey (babies in NICU) so opportunities would have been scarce plus she was already on their radar after the first arrest. She wouldn’t have dared risk it, I don’t think. Even the most depraved serial killers have gone months even years between kills.
Who knows? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I doubt she’ll be having “Sweet Dreams” tonight.
Awwww I hope they've given her something to help. She's had a very long day and did you know it takes 1 and a half hours to get back to prison.

It's a shame.

I know she's only been questioned by BM so far but eh.. I think she's done "better" then I expected.
