This is a genuine question, not necessarily a judgment Louise: why would someone who is pregnant want to track macros? I’ve never done macros but I have had a baby and so l understand eating well, nutrition packed foods etc what would be the benefit of macros while growing a baby, as I understood macros are for weight loss and/or muscle building which aren’t things you should be thinking about when pregnant.
But I’m assuming I just don’t know enough about macros to know the answer

Her narcissism is monstrous. She having a total pity party today: She "wakes up every night and feels like she's dying; or that she's cried in front of multiple strangers this last week... Louise should explain more about tracking macros during pregnancy. Her daily intake must have gone up so as she and baby both get enough nutrients but she goes on like she's on the same diet. Yet she doesn't really talk about how dangerous it can be dieting or limiting food during pregnancy. I completely understand this can be done properly but I think she is being very silly promoting this.

It seems to specialise in the type of work that both Louise & Sam are having done to 'their' houses. I also noticed that the interior design shown is also the same style & colour palette as both Louise and Sam houses. How many people here have the same interior design taste as their mum and dad? I don't.

I think Louise & Sam/Zara are just using the renovation for content and to beg for freebies. Bet the finished houses & kitchens end up looking like the one of her site.

I think both Louise and Sams houses looked absolutely fine before. Seeing them rip out what looked like 2 perfectly decent kitchens was nuts. It's pure greed and me me me.

I went through my insta this week and unfollowed about 60 of these vapid influencers - Louise being one of them. The past few weeks have really showed me who I’m following that is intelligent, using their platform to spread information and who isn’t. I used to kinda “hate follow” a lot of these dim reality stars just to keep up with their lives but now I guess I want my insta to support something else.
