I feel like the way she says that she’s so tired, that her eyes are puffy and constantly yawning etc, that she just rolls out of bed and right in front of the camera to put her make up on without washing her face and showering. That is right one IG account = one email but you can toggle on one phone between IG accounts that you have logged. Such apps don't exist, she is just scaring people unnecessarily and stupidly. She blocks people immediately after so you cannot explain how stupid that threat it.
But what she is implying is she is collecting personal data on people without their permission, that in itself is illegal.
Likewise I have one of my friends accounts on my phone as well my own personal, business and spying accounts
