I touched on the name of the filter she used today at the top of my phone screen and it flipped onto my phone screen and oh my god! My face shape, nose, eyes and lips totally changed! So her saying it altered the light - who are you kidding LL!?

I just tried it too, smoothed under my eyes, changed my chin shape so face looked less 'drooped' and lips were bigger, skin smoothed. She's just away with the fairies and it's actually concerning, clearly not happy with her looks

Someone wanna tell her what a duplex is? Do they also want to inform her that penthouses are always the top floors? Yesss, she sooooo knowledgeable. So luxe. I’m making it a point to not stay at hotels that upgrade wannabes. I routinely stay at a NYC hotel where I’m a constant customer and well paying. I’m upgraded when they have the availability. Once they told me they were unable to upgrade because some random influencer was there and offered to shoot the room for the free upgrade. I will never stay there again. Not because I’m entitled, but because they choose to honor a nobody influencer over a VERY good PAYING customer. I don’t need handouts. The Lorna Luxe’s of the world do. I was more than happy to stay in the smaller suite I paid for, but I refuse to support businesses who don’t give perks to the people who actually help them thrive as a business. Lorna always asks if followers want a tour. They could all say no, but she’ll shove it down our throats because she HAS to post it since they got the free upgrade.

Nothing wrong with that, and I felt mean about my fat face/double chin comment BUT it is wrong that she uses filters, slims herself down and basically lies to her audience, it's a different person on her grid! I think the eating disorder has just morphed in to a body disorder. It's not just comfort eating, it's comfort shopping! Said it before actually all very sad as I dont see a happy person when i watch her.

Her stories are really quite boring. I want to say her feed content is much better but actually when I look more in depth the ITS clothes that she flaunts are HORRIBLE (the Mac thing she was promoting yesterday had crease lines in it from being folded up-Who folds a Mac unless it’s cheap crap) and her captions are really quite meh. It’s always something along the lines of ‘running away from problems’ or ‘left a mess at home’ or ‘I need a billionaire husband’ it’s actually quite draining/depressing to read them all in one go. I don’t envy her at all, I find her quite sad.

And no, she doesn’t look ‘Luxe’ at all, she looks very chavvy. I live in central London and no one worth anything really walks around like that. Prostitutes and Outsiders (sorry I couldn’t think of a better word!) do. Funny that she’s not from London, doesn’t even live there but she’s got London in her bio and most of her photos are tagged in and around central London

I know exactly what you mean with outsiders - it’s a very particular aesthetic, I call it girls on tour round winter wonderland - you can tell cos they come dressed to the nines with their furry headbands and OTT coats / Chanel boy bag down from Liverpool or the Essex coast and walk at about 2mph fucking everywhere and get the arse when you say excuse me. I see a lot of high end stuff on the tube but it’s more subtle than this.

Just watched the programme on a whim on iPlayer. I’d never heard of Lorna or In The Style (because I’m 38 - very much not their target market). My first thought was “Surely she isn’t the fast fashion influencer, that’s a young woman’s game!” Was amazed to find she’s only 37, I had her in her early 40s.

Reckon she’s knocked a few years off her age? Either that, or it’s just the face full of injectables that’s really ageing her.

I have to say I bought one of her wrap cardigans over Christmas. It was on sale for £18. I love the design but the quality is awful. I was actually shocked. Its more Primark than high end. For £18 I wasn't expecting luxury by any means but it was just interesting to me as you always hear LL going on about the thought and care going into her designs etc.

She’s essentially selling market stall quality clothes but its been cleverly masked with all this luxe and aspirational branding.

Same, I used to like her but was amazed how different the items appeared when she modelled them compared to reality when they arrived, I should’ve learned but I ordered around 5 or 6 items and each time had to send the item back, quality was terrible. Unfortunately daylight robbery too as ITS deduct £2.50 per return and obv you don’t get the £3.99 postage fee back either. I don’t shop on these site anymore though and with the whole fast fashion thing, I buy second hand or from ethical clothing brands but it was annoying all the same, especially since it’s still ongoing and people don’t see it.

Hello! First time here just discovered this!

So after her calling out that person for saying 'is that your grandad' on Twitter and basically getting her followers to have the poor person sacked from her Harrods job I unfollowed! She showed her true colours there, instead of being better and dealing with it in private she became the bully and was far worse than the person that sent that message.

Up to that point I was thinking why am I following as her content is all ITS shit anyway and I'd never buy anything from that sort of brand, she's very boring. Shop, eat, drink rose, OAP.

I don't understand her popularity she looks nothing like her vastly edited pictures and just buys stuff with a logo on cause she married an old rich man. No real style and she looks super odd.

I'd suggest she has serious body/look issues after her eating disorder hence all the fillers and the ridiculous editing of her pictures.

I just find it depressing that she is considered an 'inspiration' can you really only be successful on Instagram if you have a sugar daddy to fund you & you make you face that 'generic insta face'

Honestly just unfollow your feed will be a better non fake place
