Considering two of the options on that is testing negative or having recovered from Covid she's probably delighted she won't HAVE to vaccinate to travel.
She thinks its already in place and as usual hasn't read the fine print
A it has to voted on
B ireland have said it will not be in place by the start date in June
C does not mean travel restrictions will be lifted
D doesn't actually mean much at all for the foreseeable and if the country your going too is on a quarantine list you still won't be going

Having tested negative is a very weak control, I'm surprised at that tbh. You've only tested negative at the exact time point you're tested, you could pick it up on the way home from the test centre, out shopping for last min bits, pick it up saying bye to the family as you head off, pick it up on the airplane, pick it up in the taxi you get to or from the airport, pick it up enjoying yourself on your hols. Assume you've to test negative before you fly home too. What could happen people is they'll test negative heading off on hols. But not for flight home? So you'd be stuck there for an extra 2 weeks?. If you could afford it it'd be fine I suppose
I'd imagine there will be an extra layer for people coming into Ireland - so still the traffic light system, if a country is red you have to have negative test + self isolate/MHQ possibly, amber might be mandatory test + self isolate for 5 days and green just negative test. It will be subject to change and you could find yourself away and suddenly the country you are in tip into amber/red. I also can see the Irish Gov trying to delay it as far as possible so it doesn't come in on time for the full summer peak/school hols or trying to impose that it applies for vaccinated people only not the other two criteria.
But no doubt Nikki will have no probs picking up the cost of PCR tests pre-departure + coming back, pulling the kids out of school if it isn't in force over main summer hols and putting them through the invasive PCR tests and paying over the odds for flights at short notice just to get to Porchewgal.

I was only saying that to my husband last night, assuming say we both are vaccinated but kids not cos both under 16, what happens if one of the kids tests positive on last day before flying home.. you cant put them on a flight, are you then stuck in a foreign country for 10-14 days onto your holiday?! Sure kids could catch it more than adults as such between playing, pool, etc, they're surely not going to do a free for all, everyone go on their summer hols (even taking kids out of school in sept), for kids to bring it home and spread through school etc! it makes no sense to me. Also my parents have a house in Spain. They have been told they are NOT covered by any travel insurance as the government has not given the green light for travel. You can still catch covid even with vacinne so you could still test positive out there. Not sure how this will work... I want to travel but I cant afford to take a possible 2 more weeks off after we get back. How I regret now not doing teaching
She’ll be on tomorrow to correct herself after “Aimee” or “gavs brother” pointed it out to her! They really should put more of an emphasis on education for their kids so they can spell/speak their first language well.. the way she pulls them out of school for tv3 “modelling” and holidays won’t do them any favours
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think any of the Fitzpatricks have any kind of higher education, past secondary school? I know college isn't for everyone but it seems odd that not one of them have even done any kind of fetac course or anything. Don't think there's any kind of priority put on education or life long learning in that house.
They are all fame hungry. Notions of being too good or cool for education.
Well I hope Chrissie had at least level 5 in childcare because she worked in the preschool but seen as though it's their business....
Also the time out on the step....joking or not she obviously has done it before with the other kids if Pippa was 'distraught' over it meaning she knows what it means...its outdated and proven to have a negative effect on children and they learn nothing but when you mess up you are left alone/when you Have big feelings you are ignored. Try time in.

I really don't think they have. I remember watching Croias get to know new video and she said she was 16 and dancing since she was 3, she then was counting on her fingers how many years she was dancing and then said 8. That's basic math even P should be able to do.

Yeah I agree with. I do think that college is not for everyone and you could argue that they are more creative i.e. dancing and singing but what are they going to do when they get older
Like Nikki has three business but she doesn't seem to understand basic returns policies. I seriously doubt she can do her own books or even knows what she looking at while it comes to her accounts. She inherited business from her mother, who ran a business in the time when no real education was needed.
I also don't think any of them are amazingly talented in their creative fields either. Both Aimee and Nikki seem like dance by numbers dancers . It all seems very stunted and it's learned rather than a natural talent. I have seen some amazingly talented hip hop dancers on YouTube and the difference between them is staggering. Same with Aimee and the singing she has no USP and I wouldn't be able to differtiate her from any other YouTube singer.
My point is that talent wise they are pretty average. The businesses Nikki has are ten a penny so what are they going to do when they get older but more importantly what will her kids do? I can't see them working in a shop or bar so what will they have to fall back on . Any course in anything is better than nothing
